While in their shop, I asked if they could look into a replacement passenger side mirror, not part of claim, that I would pay for out of pocket. They looked for both new and used and gave me a quote. It’s never fun to get your car towed but it makes it easier when the people you’re dealing with have good, positive attitudes.”

“Exceptional customer service! I was in desperate need of getting my popped front tire changed after the freezing cold weather damaged it. Albert from El Dorado tire shop walked across and down the street to my Jeep just to help me change my tire. He ended up checking for any additional holes and filling my front tires with air. As a single woman I can’t tell you how many car shops I’ve went in and the workers take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but not this place! I’ve never had a more honest and genuine experience at any kind of car shop than I just had at this one. Thank you again so much Albert and the rest of the employees that helped me!! “Filled out an online application for a quote on my Nissan Rogue over the weekend. Received a response via text at the end of the weekend, surprisingly. They tried to contact me Monday morning, but I was working. Gave them a call back during break to accept the $400 offer and schedule a pickup time. Pickup window was expected to be 12:30-1:30PM, but no one showed and I didn't hear from anyone during that time frame so I rang their office to confirm if the pickup was still going to happen today in case they might have ran into some complications. Turns out they were just running behind; understandable, here in Colorado you can never be on time.Jose arrived at 2PM, confirmed the vehicle's condition in accordance to what I put on the online application, offered the same cash value they quoted me, then we filled out the appropriate paperwork, afterwards he had me take a quick look inside my car to make sure I didn't miss anything. He also had me double-check the cash amount before I left and then I watched my ride or dies drive away, gone forever. I will miss my silver clunker, but it was time for a new car.Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of my Nissan Rogue since the value is already so low, like less than $100. So the $400 offer was already a good deal to me, especially since everywhere else was quoting the same. I probably could've sold it for more on the market since it still ran perfectly fine, but I just don't have the time for that. Thank you to CJC for making this much more painless than my new car purchase.”

“My company lost power during the snow storm and we were running on a back up generator. We needed fuel immediately! I called mutiple companies, and when I called Escalera Towing and explained my needs Adrian showed up within an hour filled our generator, and continued to fuel the generator for the duration of the power outage.
