Strength of this place is the staff. Never known them to be rude or unhelpful. Just the opposite. They get to know us and try to help make our visits great . Next best are the people who exercise their. They share a common goal to stay healthy, recover from a surgery or injury. You can always ask and someone will help or advise you

This Recreation center is quite spacious. I attended an event in the party room and I liked it. It's pretty, it's comfortable. It has a kitchen to heat food. There are enough tables and chairs for a good number of guests. overall I like this place.

Front desk staff is terrible. Had a guy yell at me and trail me to the gym because he thought I was a minor and demanded I wear a stamp or something. Facility is nice. Staff is always rude and lack social skills.. I work in customer service and this is not how I would treat people...

Great place for a work out. Pool is ok. Just that the customer service here ain’t the best. Front register people are the ones that needs to be more welcoming!!

Heads up parents of small kiddos. The dinosaur indoor playground has separate hours than the rec which are not posted on the website. My daughter was SO excited to go play until we get there and door is locked lights are off. Not cool guys, please post indoor playground hours on your website.

just checked in with my membership card. it went through. the lady at the front desk want to stamp my hand. i did not want it and ask her not to stamp. she gave a dirty look and chewing food in her mouth. Rude lady. thinking to switching. thanks

My grandson and his his friends were playing basketball on this past Monday and there was a child trash talking to them and swearing at them. I came in watch them play and the child with issues said to me what the he'll is your problem. I said nothing and took our kids away and reported him to the front desk and nothing happened. I am Adult and saw the how thing and nothing happened. I will not be going back there again.

Great facilities and staff has always been kind.
I wish that there was more open space in the gym to do body weight work outs/HITT, you just end up on top of eachother.
The gym can be pretty crowded, especially on the machines. Like other have said, a lot of high schoolers here which isn't bad but they lack some gym etiquette.
