So wasn't very happy, I think he was a nurse or something but he kept telling me and my 3 kids that next time when we are feeling ill or anything go somewhere else and that it would be a hassle for them if they had to transfer any of us to an actual hospital... also my body aches and he kept touching me kinda rough after I said that I'm hurting and the whole time we were there he kept say we should have went somewhere else

Everyone was so nice. I was in and out so quickly. I fractured my 5th medacarpal. They were kind and gentle. Thank you all

I knew that going to that emergency service was better than going to a hospital and immediately I was taking care of all I was screaming

Everyone was so kind, empathetic and caring. They took my concerns seriously and did everything they could to make me comfortable and diagnose my concern. This will be my ER of choice from now on. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff. The doctor and nurses took their time to understand and explain what was happening. They were kind and knowledgeable. I haven’t had a better ER visit. I was seen quickly with no wait time. The doctor had the most amazing bedside manner and treated me with understanding and compassion. Thank you for making a scary situation less intimidating and taking your time to explain everything and go over all possibilities.

We were in the emergency room today. I went for my daughter. This wasn't my first time meeting this doctor! Dr.Fraser. Every time I meet him, I encounter questions such as "Why did you come here? You should have gone to your own doctor." I said I couldn't make an appointment with my doctor today. I also talked to the nurse and she told me to go to the emergency room. Even though I told his this, he kept saying why didn't you go to your doctor and there was no appointment for the next day or 3 days later? It's none of his business. When I go there, he has to look after my child under any circumstances. He speaks with a very grumpy face. Moreover, if I had not insisted, he would have told me not to get tested and go home and use Tylenol and ibuprofen, and I was right, the test came back positive and he admitted that he was wrong. If this doctor doesn't like his job, he should quit his job. He is very rude to me

I am a chronic pain (cancer) patient and I fell on Friday and possibly broke my tailbone. Doc refused pain meds citing that I have some at home. I take a very low dose of a pain med one time a day, in the evening, to calm the cancer pain so I can sleep. Doc at UC told me to use my meds I had at home. He did not care. I’ve spent an entire weekend in excruciating pain. On my way to my primary care this afternoon after not being able to move all weekend due to pain from doc there blowing me off. If you are in pain, you may want to go somewhere else.

This is the worst emergency response team I've ever witnessed. We took my mother in because she is having extreme pain in her next and spine. The nurse sounded as though she was drunk, she didn't speak clearly, walked around as though she was bothered that we were there. My mother almost fell trying to sit on the bed and the nurse could care clearly care less. She was not polite nor helpful and talked over her when she tried to describe her pain. When the doctor came in he wouldn't even make eye contact, was extremely rude and acted as though we shouldn't even be there. He was in the room a total of a minute and 26 seconds and the only thing he did was push on her arms and legs to see if she could feel them. His recommendation was to see her doctor.... don't you think that if she was able to see her doctor she would not be at the emergency room.?!?!?!?! She was in a ridiculous amount of pain which is why she chose to come in! The nurse gave her a shot of pain killers 30 seconds after giving her a nausea tablet and was unresponsive when she was screaming because of the pain from the shot given. They also did not even ask if she had eaten to help with the intense dose that was given to her when she expressed that she does not do well with pain killers. She ended up throwing up for the next 2 hours and was in more pain than when she entered the emergency room. as a doctor and nurse you are paid an insane amount of money and it is in your profession to take care of the patients with care & neither the nurse nor the doctor did that and treated us as though we were bothering them!

I went here with severe pain in my lower abdomen back and hip, turns out I was passing a kidney stone. The doctor pretty much told me I was lying and showed no compassion. The nurses were nice and caring but I I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Go to a big hospital we’re there are more then 1 doctor available on duty to get a second opinion.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS AN EMERGENCY ROOM. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring doctors, they do not have patience for certain patients. They will get you in and out of they’re facility within 30 minutes less, they do not take anyone seriously here.
