The staff is amazing. Willing to go out of their way to help and make you feel welcomed. The store is clean, clothes folded and presented well.

Staff here was very helpful. They tried to help me find the perfect lounging pants. No line to try clothes on and the prices were super cheap. I am not normally an under Armour guy, but the service was so much better than what Nike offered.

This was the first time I had been to the Thorton outlets; I had a really outstanding shopping experience thanks to Aurora- she went out of her way to ask about what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Her friendliness and knowledge really stood out to me and were greatly appreciated :) management should give her a raise. The customer service I received was 12/10. I will be back!

Not a fan of their practices. Not sure if other stores do the same.First their sales signs are confusing. You don't see the prices for each shoe and the same shoe with different color patterns have different prices. Then comes the sale on socks. You don't see the price unless you check the sticker on the product. The one they have on the sign is actually the amount you save and not the final price.Then you get to the cash registers , first thing they ask you is for an email to email you your receipt. It's very deceptive because they don't really need your email. I gave them the email thinking they're trying to save papers, but the receipt prints automatically and they sneakily put it in your bag. When I asked why I am being asked for an email to get the receipt send electronically then proceeded to still print a receipt to give to customer, I'm told "it prints the receipt automatically so you get both".Next time I know not to gibe out email. Last thing I need is my inbox be spammed or sold.
