Lyndsey Lucero was an amazing employee she helped me with all my questions and concerns of my package, I could not thank her enough for answering EVERY question I had she had so much patience with me, and really took the time to explain each every option I had to send my package. I will definitely come back to this location especially because her customer service was ELITE!!!!

Customer service by Lynsey Lucero was awful. I’ve come here multiple times and everyone had been friendly, except her. and it’s not what she said. It’s how she said it. I respect that the place has rules and requirements, but the way she spoke to me, and her demeanor was not friendly.

They charged $5 for a label printing, I had 1 and max $2 but 5, that's a ripoff.

I called just before 9am on 12/9/24. A guy answered and immediately put me on hold. I waited over 30min and finally decided to hang up. His tonality was off, and this whole situation is frustrating. I need to get a package from this location. I definitely will find a more respectable store to accommodate my needs.

Do not hold packages here. I paid a fee to UPS to have a package held for pickup at this location. Instead of holding it, they returned it to the sender stating that the receiver (me) had declined the package. UPS won't fix their own error and only the sender can resend the item since UPS entered false information into their system. Avoid this location.

I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store! They handle all my packages and mail with incredible efficiency and care for almost a year now. The entire team is always professional and friendly, and I know I can rely on them for fast, secure service every time. A special shoutout to David, the store manager, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service really stand out honestly. David you're simply awesome!

They lost my package and weren’t able to give me answers except “come back tomorrow to see if it’s here”. Package shows it’s ready for pick up but apparently the driver scanned it and took it back. They don’t know if the package is going to be returned so my options given to me by the manager was to file a claim and call the original sender. This was my sons Christmas present and I had it send from Nike directly to ups to avoid issues.
