This is the worst location I have ever been to. It’s always a problem when I go. This is the 4th time I’ve been in this week to try to return a package. The first time was my mistake for not having the items packaged myself. My QR code for the return was scanned and I was told they could just void it. I left and returned 3 other times. QR code did not work and I had to leave until I got another one. My items showed that they were in transit from
UPS back to the place of return. Yet I had my items still with me, never returned!!! This time the place I was returning an item to had to send just the label to be printed. Why is it my responsibility to print the label when I had to get this resent because of your mistake in the first place?! There is still no accountability that that the QR code was never voided in the first place.

I Have to correct my last review when I realized that the problem was with corporate and not the actual ups store. I give the store 4 stars because they do the best they can.

Don’t accept their price. It is a bid based on their scanning of your appearance and urgency. For just a letter size envelope mailing to Canada, the young Indian lady asked $180. I immediately rejected and went another store where I paid $76 for the top class express. Deeply disappointed with their unethical practice.

I didn’t get his name but the guy who was working this morning 4/18 as soon as the store opened was awesome! He was so helpful. There were like 5 or 6 people that came in during our maybe 10 minutes there and he got everyone in and out! Great multi tasker and his customer service was on point!

Not super pleased with my visit. They have a ridiculous label printing fee here. They have you email it to them so they can print it off. Does printing off one sheet of paper really have to cost that much for a customer who paid a pretty penny to have something sent overnight? I see why this place has less than 4 stars.

My wife and I have gone to this UPS store for years. Ram is excellent in his running of this store. He and his staff are very efficient and personable. They can handle anything and make you feel they did something for you as a friend. What more could you want?

I am beyond frustrated with UPS. I shipped a package over a month ago from this store, on November 2nd, from Colorado to Louisiana, and it has yet to be delivered. The tracking status keeps showing that it’s 'moving,' but it never arrives. UPS is using this excuse to avoid processing my claim, saying the package isn’t lost. This is absurd—this is basic insurance, and they’re refusing to pay it.
How pathetic and disappointing can a company be? UPS, your service is unacceptable. I will never trust you with another shipment and strongly advise others to avoid using your services.

Ashmita is wonderful! I had several returns as well as a personal package to send to a friend. Not only was Ashmita helpful, she was patient, professional and kind. She helped make sure my returns were accounted for and also added more bubble wrap and closed up my personal package to securely ship which gave me piece of mind.
What a great experience! I highly recommend store 1412 and definitely look forward to working with Ashmita again for my future UPS needs!

Bro literally cut into my box, to take out a hazard symbol that let me make clear WASNT HAZARDOUS. It was an Ulta box that i used, and i previously shipped it out at THAT location two weeks ago but it was returned from the person who bought it. I’m absolutely baffled and at the fact IM A UPS WORKER TOO so i know it was hazardous.

If you buy a box from them ask them to package it in front of you. You'll pay for a new box and get it packaged in an Amazon taped up box. I called the ups corporate and they tried to refund me my money and said the store is already under investigation for overcharging customers.

I recently visited the UPS Store and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me package and ship a fragile item with care and precision. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed.
