I have been banking with U S Bank since it was Colorado National Bank in the 1970's. That is over fifty years.
On Monday February 10, 2025 I entered this branch and was called to one of the tellers for service. I wanted to withdraw eight thousand dollars in cash from my savings account. I don't know the teller's name but I can tell you that she was very rude. She tossed a withdrawal slip at me so that I could fill it out. I have low vision and needed help filling out the slip. The teller raised her voice literally yelling at me telling me that she could not sigh the slip for me. I know that. I only wanted help filling out the date and amount and then I would have signed the slip. She was so rude that a customer at the teller to my left stopped doing her transaction and came to help me. This upset me to the point that I aborted my transaction and walked away. After about five minutes, I went back into the bank and went to another teller, this one was named Sarah, she was quite helpful but I still didn't withdraw my money at this time. Eventually I used a printed counter check to obtain my money at my Credit Union.
I assumed that the tellers were there to help. The customer service at this branch leaves much to be desired.
I had been considering, moving my money from my Credit Union to U S Bank for the convenience of having one place to do my financial business. I also had in my combined accounts over twenty seven thousand dollars. I have been withdrawing my money little by little until eventually I will be done with U S Bank. I wonder if they treat other customers that way.

I've banked here for years, used this branch many times for many things, and I've never had a bad experience. I've always gotten what I needed with friendly service.

Tried to make a deposit with my coins and they told me they couldn't take coins. This bank and it's branches don't accept US coins for deposit. You must go to specific branches to deposit coins. This is hilarious. A bank that doesn't accept money for deposit.

Have banked here many times. My experience has always been positive, professional and very helpful. Wouldn't do my banking at any other US Bank.

I'd give lower stars if I could incompetent workers at this place unreasonable charges. Then when fraud happens they want to charge you more money to dispute and block it. Unbelievable never again I'm closing my account today

I have banked with US bank for over 10 years. Been to many locations as I have moved a lot. Never had problems until I came here this last weekend. The teller (business card says Vanessa) was rude and incompetent. Gave us information that was not only wrong but made things more difficult for us in the long wrong. Then asked questions to try and turn us against each other once she realized we were irritated with her. I do know the information was incorrect because I have worked in banking and still work in finance. Also the issue has since been resolved so I was able to verify she was wrong. Still giving two stars because US bank and the branch shouldn’t be completed knocked down due to one employee.

If I could put a negative I would put a negative for this branch. I literally called them and said I had like four minutes to spare. It would hit 5 o’clock on the dot and I get that they close at five but later that’s why I called I was literally right there. Made it there perfectly in time and he goes. I’m sorry you have to go another branch. We close at five like seriously I literally just called to talk to you guys. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life

The staff is always so rude. So I avoid them at all costs, I use the atm machine instead (this is my local branch).Today I withdrew money from their atm, one of the $50 bills was ripped and unusable, I went inside and the cashier said I needed the other half for her to bed exchange he bill, even after I explained the bill had just been given to me that way from their atm, she called her manager and silly guy asked for the other half as well, I explained again that it was given to me that way by THEIR atm then he gave the teller the ok, she handed me a new $50. Everyone was so unnecessary rude. Definitely making the move to another bank. It’s so easy to be kind.
