Been to this location a few times and each time was very pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful and I actually go out of my way just to visit this location.

Wow, I use USPS often and they usually let me use their tape instead of buying my own. It’s clear I am out of town and don’t have those things with me. Would have been nice to be given some grace, the woman wasn’t rude, but it wasn’t kind to be nickel and dimed.

Not the nicest staff. People who work here are miserable. USPS doesn’t have high standards in hiring. I was stereotyped and got treated like I was stupid. This dum dum guy told me I cannot buy a single stamp I had to buy a book (a sheet actually—don’t know why they call it a book). Which obviously what I was buying. I mean who would go to the post office to buy a single stamp?

I’ve been shipping packages all over the world, constantly, for years while running my personal upcycled clothing gig. I’ve never had such difficulty with USPS in my entire life. Terrible customer service, expected the customer to do everything right or were sent home.

their is one staff who works here that is nice and is understanding. The other two are rude and so codgy. There are 3 times I have went in and my package was just 1 ounce over weight and they made me pay $7??? It’s like they are out to get you for no reason. They are so evil here. Sorry you work at a post office.

The window clerks are amazing. There is a woman standing there with a terrible frown, there wasn't any supplies I mean (Charlie Brown ) sad, sad all she kept saying was (we don't have that size only at the bigger post office). Please send a friendlier person.Merry Christmas

Came in on 12/13/2023Waited in line for 30 minutes, was told my items needed an address, the dark haired elderly woman who hates mankind kept trying to tell me that’s what they do. I walked off visibly angry. Went to another location in Denver, and guess what… THEY PRINTED THE ADRESS ON THE LABEL. Never doing business at this location again. Also no line at the one in Denver. -1 stars.AVOID AVOID AVOID
