Amazing customer service by Wendy & Patrick. I intended to use a Groupon to help off set the cost of my oil change. Not realizing I selected the wrong location. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my mistake. With no hesitation they helped me out and got me on my way. I am extremely thankful for their kindness. I will definitely back in 6 mts.

Ok as oil places go. A plus that you don't have to get out of your car. Prices are high compared to Grease monkey around the corner. High pressure to sell you additional services.

1/20/24 just left this location after waiting more than an hour in line. Usually Valvoline is good to deal with, but this time they were beyond horrendous. After waiting and making it to the bay and them opening my hood, they casually tell me they don't have full synthetic and if I want to go buy it at the store they can pour it for me. Make it makes sense.Reply to owner, I understand business gets busy. But an employee could have come out to the line and told us what was going on. Instead of brushing it off like it is ok. Wrong attitude.
