Kit and her people are off the chain we have taken our 8 yr old Yorkie tea cups to her their entire life and having been driving from longmont for the last 6 years probably passed up at least 50 vets to get here..... well worth the drive our babies are healthy and they love kit!

Lost a customer today. I have been going here since 2015, so over 8 years for normal pet visits. Each time I am told my pet has Tatar and may need teeth removed. I did have teeth removed from my cat multiple times and now my he can no longer chew his food. Can't fault the vet for this but I was quite disappointed to hear more removal was required after doing it once. I have done 3x teeth removal... This was going back to Dr. Lori, dr. Pete and now dr kit.Continuously prices have been rising though I m a return customer with two pets. Today, I am told after the visit that my visit is $101, over 3x what I was paying as a starting customer in 2015! Additionally I am told my 10 minute wellness visit will cost almost $200. After asking for the breakdown, I see a heartworm check that that I didn't agree to or request is $90. That doesn't include the heartworm itself. I am Done paying exorbitant rates and sad to say that I will not return... tired of being gouged the last couple of years to see the prices increase yet again on the next visit.I guess they figure they can take half the customers, charge more and end up with the same amount of revenue with less effort and fewer customers.Shame, wouldn't say this if wellness checks and costs werreasonable. No problems with the actual care, though it seems the medical model of today is prescribe and prey on pet owners scared of sick pets.

One of those clinics that will hold up your dogs heartworm prevention prescription approval so they can charge you a couple hundred for an exam fee and another couple hundred for a mandatory heartworm test that is "their policy now." So VCA is basically a lobbying arm for Heartgard at this point. Off to different waters for my two dogs! I want a vet that cares about my animals health as ther number one priority, not their fees or arbitrary and expensivepolicies. Choose wisely for your pet children fellow pet parents! :)

I just moved here from out of state. Called VCA to price out a nail trim for my cat and possibly establish VCA as my new vet clinic. The nail trim was quoted $30-40 over the phone. My jaw dropped and I will look elsewhere. Missed opportunity for a new client.

Services are overpriced, prescription food they sell in store is overpriced. And apparently it's extremely difficult to print or email your pet's prescription authorization when requested or even respond to Chewy's repeated emails and calls for prescription information. So over this place.

I take my dog here all the time for his shots and nails trimmed. They are always great to him and me. I've been coming here for years, I would recommend it for any pet owner.

I love these people. They treat me and my dog with love and respect. They provide email and text information on dog topics and on my dog specifically.

My regular vet was booked so I had no choice but to bring my dog in for an injury on her face. She had an infection and it caused a lot of drainage and scabbing all over the side of her face. I’m a bit shocked that this visit costed $200 and they didn’t even clean or disinfect her wound. That price only includes a $95 exam and $90 antibiotics. No wound cleaning. No pain medication. They took a quick look at her, tossed in some meds and sent us off. I used to work at a vet and we would never let a patient leave like that. Unprofessional, overpriced and lazy in my opinion.

Awful! The doctor who examined my senior pup, was not caring at all. Her exam took 5 minutes. She stated that my pup had arthritis and needs dental cleaning. And that was it. We went to another office and the doctor examined her, she checked everything and took her time. She was talking so sweetly to my pup the entire time. She also gave us a lot of tips on how to help her arthritis. She prescribed my pup NSAID and supplements to help with her pain and special food to help her lose weight. She is doing better already. We also had a very hard time getting our records from them as well. If I could give zero I would.

They now have less days and hours to see your pets. Tech was very nice and sweet to my dog, the Vet was just ok. Place has not changed in at least 7 years and it is starting to show. It sure could use a remodel
