Came in today with a phone being stolen last night and needing a new one. Trey C. Was absolutely incredible to deal with. We were in a pretty doom and gloom mood and he 100% turned it around for us. Very professional and down to earth but most of all just treated us with empathy, kindness. Fixed our problem soo efficiently and absolutely made our day.
Can’t find a better representative for your business.

Absolutely horrible experience!
They will promise you one price, and then your bill will be double. They will tell you your old device qualifies for trade-in even when it is in their hands. Then, when it comes to turning the phone in. They tell you that they can't and start pointing the finger at Verizon? I thought this was Verizon? You are better off going to a REAL Verizon store or online.

The team here was welcoming and extremely friendly. They made purchasing a new phone seemless and answered any questions I had. Ashley was incredible! She was extremely kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Would highly recommend this location!

Huge thank you to Chris! We came in to get a new phone for my kiddo since his broke and wanted to potentially get new phones for the whole family. Chris stayed well over an hour late to get us all taken care of. The customer service was exceptional and he professionally explained the changes being made to our plan. We are very thankful for the service Chris provided and hope the regional manager sees this personally and calls him to thank him for providing great customer service. Chris absolutely knows how to take care of his customers and we are very thankful for all his help tonight.

I would not recommend this place. Although some of the workers are nice, they still can’t get basic orders right. I preordered two iPhone 16 pro max’s and one of them after waiting over a month arrived in the wrong color and storage size while the other still hasn’t arrived.
