Saturday, October 18, 2025 12:00pm, this pharmacy is useless. 15 people backed up in the drive thru, 10 people standing in line inside the store and the two techs and pharmacists are incompetent in loading orders. Everyone that walks up to the window it takes all three of them to look through the computer and figure out how to fill out an order. This is pathetic.

Andrew the shift lead here is super compassionate and beyond helpful. I messed up my picture that I needed printed out and he printed it in 2 seconds for me a refunded my card for the 1st mistake picture.

I had the most kind experience tonight with the gal at the pharmacy drive up window. My doc wanted me to get some lidocaine patches and I was picking up my rx’s. I asked the gal if they had any and she said the store does on the shelf’s you can come in a grab one. I said I was having a hard time moving and she went to find it for me and wished me well. I needed that kindness tonight! THANK YOU! Also my meds were ready fast.

Everytime I order one of my medications, it's out of stock. When I'm taking about out of stock, btw, it's out for up to a week. Going to be switching to a new pharmacy as Im sick of dealing with this pharmacy.

I have an appointment for my entire family more than a week ago for 10am the and when we showed up. They say that they don't have any availability or anybody to put a shot until 3 or 4 PM very irresponsible people. And now i got my appointment for today at 9am and again with the same excuses that they don't have anybody who can put the shots until 3 or 4. So then why you have on your website availabilities When you have nobody who can put this shot very rude irresponsible people.

1 poor worker was the only person working and helping people... there were several other workers doing nothing in the back room, i was listening to them laughing while the door was open. People trying to pick up photos, people at the cash register and people trying to get allergy medication and everyone was being ignored even when it was being announced over the intercom. Only 1 person helping the entire store.... people could literally walk out with handfuls of stuff and no one would notice! Ridiculous! I will no long support walgreens.

Deplorable unprofessional despicably treated as an inconvenience.
Walgreens is a pharmacy.It is not a grocery store with a pharmacy. This particular Walgreens, is a joke. A select few of the staff, are rude unprofessional, have no business working in a pharmacy whatsoever. Last time I will ever use this pharmacy. Recently, I was almost out of my insulin, so I placed a refill order, knowing I had about 4 days of insulin left. I made sure to place the order so that I would have it.Refilled before I ran out. Three days after placing the refill, I get a text message from walgreen, stating that they were out of insulin, but should have someone a few days. This is one of the most used medications in the world. Yet they were out of it, interesting. Memorial Day weekend, all pharmacies are closed. So I proceeded to call the pharmacy yesterday afternoon for an update on my prescription. The automated service told me that they were working on it and would contact me when they had fulfilled the prescription. That was frustrating in itself simply because I had been waiting four days already. So I called and requested to speak to the pharmacist directly. I spent a total of twenty five minutes on the telephone was hung up twice by the automated service. When I finally got through the person I spoke with was rude, very uncouth, and has no business dealing with customers because his customer skills is deplorable. Previous to calling this particular walgreens, I had called another walgreens, to see whether they could refill my prescription. They informed me that they were out of insulin. However, this particular walgreens on a hundred and twentieth in colorado, had the most in stock. When I finally got through to the the clown on the phone he informed me that he was not going to spend time refilling my prescription at that moment, because they had a giant order that they had to fill first. I asked him when can I expect my prescription to be filled? And his response was later this afternoon. I then said, can you give me a timeframe? He said, you will get a text message. I then requested the name of the head pharmacist, which he said was Stephanie. I then asked him what his name was. For reference, he told me he didn't have time for that.And hung up on me. As I read the reviews on this. It is not a surprise that this Walgreens is a complete joke and my hope is that they go completely out of business. And I mean, completely, not just this location, they have no business serving. The community, they're a greedy, slimy, shady company. Who only cares about creating revenue for their shareholders and their CEO I have since moved my entire collection of prescriptions to another pharmacy. I highly encourage anyone to never use a walgreens, pharmacy ever forever.

It’s impossible to ever find some things on your own. I was looking for aloe vera and couldn’t find it in any of the isles (even the isles it should be under). Online says it’s in-stock.
