The Walgreens itself isn't bad, but if you are thinking of having your prescriptions sent to ANY of the Walgreens in Thornton then you'll be lucky if you have them on time. They tell you over and over again that they will be ready the next day, which never comes, and that's if you are lucky enough to actually get on the phone with someone since all I've ever experienced from MULTIPLE Walgreens in the area is just being hung up on after waiting for 30+ minutes and never speaking to a single soul. And if you try to set up delivery, not only does it lie and say that you'll get it in 1-2 business days, but they will also lie to you when it was "picked up" because somehow my prescription was picked up for delivery THREE days ago and suddenly door dash is the one delivering it. Last I checked, door dash drivers don't pick up medications three days before delivering it. So over all, don't send your meds here because you won't get through to them on the phone, when you go to the pharmacy they will tell you every day that you come in that they will be ready the following day and they never are, and if you try delivery, oh guess what that doesn't work either. They have nothing efficient here.

The pharmacy is horrible. I got notification that 3 prescriptions were ready, after sitting in line for 45 minutes they said I had 2/3. I asked them to check again...they said no. Not 5-10 minutes after I left I get notification AGAIN that the prescription is ready! Apparently they could not take the five minutes to see if my prescription was in the new shipment and if it was enough to fill the already "filled" prescription. Now I need to spend another 45 minutes in line??? Really?!?! I'd give a zero if I can and will be switching pharmacies.

I was in the ED last night next door to this Walgreens so after I went here to buy the medication suggested by the dr. my sister was with me along with 2 other customers one buying a humidifier for her sick kids and a elderly gentleman grabbing some milk and a few groceries. The employee was doing a few price checks but was not voiding them out when he was done so it continued to look like it was an open transaction so all of our debit cards decline. we asked him to restart he refused and said if we don't like it WE COULD SHOP ELSE WHERE! he then got another co worker to the front to use another register I stated if this don't work I'll have to go somewhere else the first employee ANGEL stated what's your problem you bitch I was helping you. I looked at him in awe I was shocked I asked for a manager he stated the guy who was checking me out was the manager so to take my stupid bitch ass and talk to him. I continue to just finish the transaction and leave he then states to my sister get you fat ass out of here you fat bitch. I called the police to be sure we could exit with no problem. This was an in safe environment and I hope this never happened to anyone else! Very violent and worst experience ever.

Had Rx from Urgent Care. Arrived at Walgreens Pharmacy at 9:40pm - they close at 10. The technician was unable to use microphone at Drive up so finally got Pharmacist to use the microphone. Sent in my Rx and the Pharmacist REFUSED to fill the prescription because they close at 10pm. When we responded it was 9it was now 9:45pm she told us she had other prescriptions to fill for tomorrow so refused again to fill a prescription for an antibiotic for a bladder infection because she didn't want to work 5 minutes late. Only later pharmacy open in entire north metro area - and she was rude when asked if there was another pharmacy she knew of we could take it to. Atrocious service and total lack of professionalism! Willing to let someone suffer until they open tomorrow. Got my Rx back and will take it elsewhere as I wouldn't trust them to fill it accurately.

My recent experience at Walgreens left me somewhat disappointed. I had a scheduled appointment for school and work vaccinations, but this particular Walgreens was my only option as other locations were fully booked for the day. Despite the inconvenience of not living nearby, I made a concerted effort to arrive an hour early to ensure punctuality, given the importance of these vaccinations for my schedule.However, I was informed that same-day appointments couldn't be accommodated, which left me puzzled since I had successfully scheduled one in advance. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was told it was due to a system issue. Given my distance from the store, this was quite inconvenient. I may consider exploring other options like CVS in the future to ensure a smoother experience.I never leave negative reviews...

Horrible store. Rude staff. Slow. Rude manager. Waited in line for a long time. Then was told go to the photo center to check out. Went to the photo center and waited. Checked out. Really needed to use the restroom. Asked for it to be unlocked so my wife and I could use it after spending 248.00 on medication and supplies. Told sorry it's in maintenance. Which was a lie she just came out of the bathroom. I said that's a lie you just came out of there. She said well we have a homeless problem surround here so we don't just let people into the bathroom. Shop somewhere else. This place does not care about its community. It's neighbors. Or it's customers. Find a retailer that does and support them.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I got a script for my son who is 10 months old and I was calling around to see who could fill it. The pharmacist answered and was completely rude right off the bat. I asked him if he could fill the script and he was asking me why the pediatrician gave us this script for my son and told me that because I wasn't producing enough milk that it was my fault. I'm sorry but what?? He then got super nasty even more and was asking me questions breaking HIPAA law! I am in health care and would never treat anyone like this! Completely unacceptable.

Unbelievable! I called Walgreens on 120th and Colorado after calling the photo department and got no answer there. I hung up called back and spoke with an associate. I asked the young lady if I can get help at the machine that makes copies of photos if I end up having trouble and she told me to go somewhere else since they are short staffed. Can you believe that kind of a response... Whatever happened to good customer service... Not too many places does it exist anymore!!! wall greens has truly gone downhill!!! They won't get my service anymore!

Despite what it says on the website, on the sign outside, and right here on the Google page, this pharmacy is not open 24 hours. I found this out after driving here in the middle of the night to get my infant daughter’s prescription filled.

Dirty!!! Flies everywhere, even in the pharmacy area! Extremely disorganized, no structure to their organization. I had an appointment for 2 boosters, waited in an extremely long line to check in, then waited and waited. THREE people that had checked in behind me were taken in prior to me, and I filled out my paperwork before them. THEN, when I was finally served, after all that, they only had the one booster ready for me. Totally incompetent!

I needed steri strips and wound glue to avoid stitches and unlike most Walgreens stores this is stocked well and both were available.
