At this point, they need to close their pharmacy! They are never open, and when they are, they don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner! I
A prescription was sent to them before 7:30 am, and they put the prescription as pending and then closed. With them putting the prescription as pending, another walgreens couldn't transfer it. I understand that everywhere is understaffed, but this is BEYOND ridiculous!! People need their medications! PERIOD! This pharmacy CONSISTENTLY closes early this is unacceptable!

This place deserves zero stars... the pharmacy is so un organized, we have had a flu shot appointment for about a week. When we went in, this rude ass lady came out telling me they didn't have our information and I needed to reschedule. And the pharmacist didn't want to do the vaccines. She was absolutely awful. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I made an appointment for to get my updated vaccine boosters. I show up on time and check in. Then, two or three techs behind the test started saying "who scheduled TODAY? theyre going to feel sick tomorrow why get them today? stupid people". Very unprofessional and judgmental, especially since i was in the outer edge of the waiting area. Thats how loud they were talking about me. Then due to their IT system errors, i was waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. The tech that administered the boosters was the only tech that was polite and seems like she cares about patients. I honestly wouldnt recommend this specific Walgreens pharmacy for anything outside of occasional prescription pickups.

I was notified this morning the pharmacy is closed due to technical problems when I called the store about my script I was told maybe tomorrow and the employee hung up on me, so I called the corporate office hoping to get more info. about my script that is needed today. The corporate office was less interested. Shameful, I called my doctor and he is moving my scripts, awful customer service run run run before your day is wasted like mine.

Erica Rios absolutely deserves to be removed from this pharmacy. Went to pick up my sons rx and got screamed at instead. Drive thru is “broken” as it says on the window and to go inside, always closing early and issues with “their system”. Rude, hostile for the bare minimum of explanation. Would save yourself some sanity and go elsewhere. Reported to higher up officials.

I'm getting extremely frustrated with this pharmacy and their shortened hours, random closures, etc etc... people need their medicine!! Get it together Walgreens!! They tell me my Rx is ready 10 minutes before they close on a weekday... 2 hours before other locations...
