Honestly I've been using this location for some time, and the actual walgreens is not terrible. The pharmacy portion of it...ugh. I share a lot of similar experiences that the rest of the reviewers have, they are either understaffed or lack training.
I can never get through on the phone, one time I had sat on hold for 30 minutes, and then decided instead of sitting on hold I drove to location, phone still on. Got to location, nobody was there, inside or in line... got to the drive up window, someone helped me, I was still on hold as they helped me. I was pissed to say the least.
The lines are always super long. The staff isn't exactly rude, but this location is probably way too slamed for the manpower. I don't know. Not impressed. The only place that is worse, the target on 120th.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered an Rx and submitted it for delivery. Waited a week. Nothing. I called this location as this is where it was filled. I was desperate as I was out of my meds and needed this refill asap. I could not pick it up as I had to work and I was not in the area. I called this location and asked them to track the delivery. I had a text confirming delivery and paid in full. They told me it was still sitting in their location, and I would be required to pick it up. No transfers. No assistance. I called back and asked for a manager. A man with a strong accent got on the call, and after a huge sigh, he asked what I needed. Did not offer his name and instantly started making excuses as to why this wasn't his fault. He put the phone down and likely did not realize he didn't mute it. I heard him talking poorly about me and how it's not his job to deal with this, and he doesn't have to do anything for me. Unbelievable. I ended up calling another location, and they were able to pull the Rx for me. HOWEVER, this pharmacist is a huge liability. When you mess with someone's meds and refuse to take accountability for the mistakes your location made, it needs to be addressed, and I am taking this to the top. I recorded my phone conversation, and I'm sure walgreens doesn't want the negative attention this will bring if I post this to every social media platform there is. People are tired of huge corporations taking advantage of them. I'm likely going to contact news outlets as I know this complaint will go unnoticed as they have such a low rating as it is. Next time, mute the phone if you are going to talk poorly about the person who is asking desperately for your help.

First of all, the drive through window is filthy, both outside and inside. It’s difficult to communicate with anyone through that grime. I have changed to another pharmacy provider because of the poor service, inconsistency, cleanliness, and run around I have experienced. Recently I had oral surgery and my doctor ordered the meds at 8am. After surgery, I had to drop off to pick up 3 meds and none were ready and I was told they would be ready in a couple of hours.I was in pain and exhausted. This was the final straw. I cannot be a customer of Walgreens any longer.

Walgreens at 120th & Colorado Blvd…the pharmacy staff is SO EFFICIENT, caring, friendly, and accurate!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Walgreens!! Love love LOVE these people!!!🥰🙏🏻❤️

30 minutes waiting on the phone and then they hang up. Im seriously gonna have to drive to this location while dealing with medical problems because of how poor the service is here. I would not use this location but they are open 7 days a week

Terrible pharmacy service. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes patiently while this Asian girl kept calling people from inside line but ignored drive thru. I honked couple of times but she did not care to walk to the window or come to the intercom. Worst location ever! Will definately be switching. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. You need to tea ch your staff better customer service. They are plain ignorant

WORST PHARMACY in the world. I can be on hold for 10-20 minutes with each call, and 50% of the time they will then answer and hang up on me. They take days to fill a script that other pharmacies take 30 minutes to fill. If you use this pharmacy you should switch medications to another pharmacy

First of all, the front staff is great and I enjoy shopping in the store. However, the pharmacy is horrible. I used to drive across town to have my prescriptions filled because the wait here is always long, they never return messages, and many of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and don't seem to have an sympathy (weird for a company that supposedly helps people that are generally not feeling well). It had been a couple years so I decided to give them another try this time. Big mistake!!! The Walgreens on 104th and 136th and Colorado are both great- just not open 24hrs

This pharmacy sucks! Out of stock for over 8 days on a refill but failed to communicate that with their customer. Terrible service, plus everyone agrees they rip you off in price. You would think they would care about what kind of job they do. But hopefully they have karma
