This is the worst pharmacy. They don't answer the phones. They don't actually fill prescriptions there, they send the rx to a warehouse where it is filled then delivered in a day or 2 to the pharmacy. If you want good service use another pharmacy.

They purposely don't answer their phones and say they are filling your prescription and absolutely do not. We have driven over there and watched them ignore phone calls. They are rude, don't care and don't even listen to the doctors. I've had my son's and husband's dr call in and they even complain about how rude and ignored they get. This location is a complete joke! I have been on hold for an hour and 43 minutes this morning to be disconnected with zero help. Now I call back after their lunch and been on hold again for 25 minutes more as they ignore again! They need to be shut down, they are the WORST!

We sat at the pharmacy window for almost 20 minutes while 3 ladies pretended not see to us. We also called 3 times before going to this pharmacy & NO ONE answered. We rang the bell multiple times & even honked. Based on this experience & the terrible yelp reviews how has this team not been fired??

Absolute garbage pharmacy experience. Waited in line for 10 minutes while the technician/pharmacist helped an elderly women understand insurance. A line formed behind me. No big deal. I went to school to be a pharmacy technician and interned at the location off 120th and Sheridan in 2018. So I get it. When I got up to the window, I asked the technician/pharmacist if they could help me find an OTC medication for my post pardum wife. She responded by saying "we don't go out there, you'll have to ask someone else and there's a line of people behind you." As if I didn't just wait in the same line as everyone else for assistance. Also a bold faced lie, because when I interned at walgreens I helped everyone whether it was OTC or prescription. Absolutely dog water service from the tech/ist

Two days in a row, suggested I go to another location to get a passport photo taken, no information about this posted anywhere online. Unfriendly and unhelpful both times.

Pharmacy: Based on alot of these negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My husband and I had vaccination appointments for 5 and 5:10. We arrived 15 minutes early and scanned the QR sign at the pharmacy to check in for our appointments. We were helped within 5 minutes, even with a long line. Both got our vaccines shortly afterwards and were done by 5:15. Everyone at the pharmacy was polite and courteous. I think alot of our experience was due to us filling out our consent forms ahead of time and arriving prepared. The pharmacy staff was professional and kind to all the other customers, even those who were rude.

The people working at the pharmacy have a very bad attitude. Also, I’m like 7 months pregnant and came in for my vaccines to protect my baby and they made me wait an hour to be seen although I had an appointment. I had my glucose test faster.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
Edit: Every time I come in here it's the worst experience out of any Walgreens I've ever been to, and that says a lot. The women in here are vile and disgusting. They don't know how to do their job, don't care, and have zero empathy toward their customers. Walgreens truly does deserve to go out of business. The world would be a better place without it.

I went to Walgreen today and there was a young lady cashier she is very bad service attitude. She was very rude and mean. I just asked her to help me separately transaction. but she refused. She also said that next time you can go to the other store next door. I paid for the things out the packet , why I can’t get separate transactions I am very curious. There are so bad the services like this and she can still continue to work here. It was a terrible experience. I don’t think I will come again.

It is unacceptable to be left waiting with no communication for an hour to get a flu shot. Especially when we scheduled for an appointment and we had our 3 year old and infant with us.

This location has the absolute least customer-service oriented pharmacist I've ever encountered. I understand that Walgreens is short-staffed for the amount of business they have, but that is no excuse for treating customers as poorly as the pharmacist did last Friday. (The technicians were helpful and polite.) She was short and curt with everyone, and she would contradict what customers had been told previously without explanation. One gentleman had been waiting for at least 50 minutes for a prescription that he was told would be ready "soon" - the techs had told him to come to the front of the line when his name was called, but the pharmacist told him that he had to go to the back of the line of five people. Her tone was that of "I don't care about you or how long you've been waiting." When people went to the counter to try to ask questions, it must have irritated her because she closed the door to her window.
I can't speak to how long others were waiting, but I saw two people leave after they had been waiting a long time for vaccinations. We left 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, and when I went to the desk to say that we needed to cancel, this rude pharmacist interrupted the kind tech to quickly say, "Appointment cancelled." She offered no apology for the delay or ability to reschedule. I have no idea why this woman works in a customer-facing position and I hate to think of the example she sets for the technicians. (We went to an alternate pharmacy in town the next day and were greeted by helpful and friendly staff, and seen within 10 minutes.)
