Pharmacy review: Extremely unorganized. Always delays on filling prescriptions. Long waits to pickup orders. It is very hard to get a straight answer on any questions. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This was my first time in this store and in my personal experience this is the worst Walgreens store in Denver areas.I went to pick my medicine and had to go there three to finally pick it up.Waiting for more then 20 min in line and additional 20 min just to pick it. Looks like those people don’t have value of the customer time.After this experience, I thought that I should write a review about the store and I see 2 start and then I can understand it was not just me.I am never picking my medicine from this place.

This pharmacy could improve their system. I've seen what works is I call ahead ask about my RX's. They'll offer an update. I'll wait for the text confirmation. Again, I gotta call ahead otherwise it will not be filled (even when the Doc calls it in). Expect to wait at least 20 mins (drive thru) there's always a line.

Literally the worst and most unreliable pharmacy on the planet. They don't even bother refilling prescriptions that are on auto refill. And it normally takes 30+ minutes of waiting in line to pick up any prescription.

Unfortunately for the very nice retail staff in the store, the pharmacy here is a complete joke. I’m sure the pharmacy would care more if they could do more about it, but Walgreens as a company needs to sort it out.

The Pharmacist Nathan was the rudest person I have ever spoke too. He hung up on not only me but my mother as well while we were trying to figure out my daughter's medication. He also cussed and proceeded to tell me how I need to parent my child so she "wouldn't get sick" he needs an attitude check and to have some consequence. I have put in some calls to complain to his hire ups. Completely ridiculous.

You try calling them to see if they have your prescription and get placed on hold for 17 mins then hang up on you. I called back( my mistake) on hold 31 minutes then got hung up on again. Terrible customer service!!!!

Literally the worst Walgreens to go to called to ask if my prescription is ready got put on and off hold six times before someone finally even spoke to me just to get told that the pharmacist didn’t have to speak to me because I’m rude and I got hung up on very unprofessional fill your prescription elsewhere.

Pharmacy is consistently wrong. Every time I have to pick up my meds they either only have a partial or make clerical errors and I can't get my meds. Instead of contacting customers when issues arise they sell medication to the next person and make zero effort to rectify the situation. I've tried consistently for a year, and consistently I have been let down by this location. I suspect management here is terrible and they can't properly staff for how busy they are.If you have the option to get your prescription filled elsewhere I recommend you shop around.

Well, I guess this is no surprise looking at the previous reviews. This location is horrible at customer service and their pharmacy is horrible. They are also out of synch with their automated system. I received an email, phone call and text that my prescription is ready. I show up and park in line for the drive through, wait 20 minutes and the agent at the window was rude and tells me my prescription is not ready. I tell her it's actually 2 prescriptions. she says come back later after they notify me. again, I show her that I was notified and she didn't care. I get a second notification after 9pm stating the prescription is ready to pick up, but the pharmacy is closed. Next day, I show up after getting yet again another email, a call and a text that my prescription is ready. I show up and they only have one of the 2 filled. I ask when the second prescription is going to be ready and she has no idea. I call later in the afternoon, get to the automated system and guess what, the automated system has no record of my other prescription. I wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist, and I get hung up on. I get that they are busy, maybe even short staffed but get it together people!! My advice, send your prescription to another pharmacy or use another provider, these folks really could care less about their customers.

The pharmacy is just randomly closed all the time. With a sign that states no pharmacist on duty. Doesn't matter if you have to pick up. When you call they say Mayne try another Walgreens. This has been happening for over a year. I am switching all my meds to another pharmacy that is not Walgreens.

This pharmacy is going to be responsible for someone's death. I'm fortunate that my medication is not for a life threatening condition, but I cannot imagine what folx with these types of conditions are going through right now.My prescription pick-up has been changed 4 times since it went through the auto-fill process. I was supposed to pick it up 3 days early, but now I've been off my medication for two days due to their inability to maintain staff. Their passive aggressive sign in the drive through stating that the reason our prescriptions are late is due to staff quitting due to verbal abuse from customers is gaslighting at its finest. I will be filing a complaint to the state and hope that the other 500+ prescriptions that they are behind (the pharmacist who hung up on me when I told her I needed my rx today made sure to tell me that at least 500 other people are in my same position) will be doing the same.
