I showed up to this bank at 440 to talk to someone about my accounts. At 450 was advised we close at 5 and I'll need to come back another time. They closed the main office on Melody which was convenient but the smaller branches close at 5 at other locations aren't even open Sat which don't give the everyday worker a chance to get in. Been a customer for over 30 yrs and can't get basic questions answered even when I show up before closing time. Time to move to another bank.

NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE! I never write reviews. I got the rudest girl. She was not helpful at all while I was trying to cash out my check. She made everything so complicated like if I was a scammer or like if I’m dumb. If she can’t do her job right and she doesn’t like it. Why work here? No wonder there’s horrible reviews about this particular Wells Fargo.

The banking associate is super helpful, super knowledgeable, super informative. Plus, it is only $5 a month for the banking account. If you do the math that is $60 a month to keep your money protected and safe from danger and harm. That's how much I pay a month for my phone bill!

I read some of the reviews so wasn't sure if I wanted to go here. I went on a Saturday so they close by noon it was 11:15 when I got there. During my time in line there was no less than 30 people in the line at all times with 3 lobby cashier's and a manager who went through the line of people making sure they had what they needed available and ready for the type of service they were seeking. Grant you I started this review while standing in line. It is now noon by rights they should lock the doors or people will keep coming in. I am being helped now and done. 12:05 not to bad for amount of people they are serving and I had to ask and yes it's like this every Saturday so plan accordingly. Good JOB to them

I wish I can give 0 stars. EVERY TIME I try too deposit money or take money out ALL 3 ATMs out side NEVER EVER WORK!!!!!!!

Perla was absolutely amazing. I’ve been trying to cash this fidelity check all day and no one will cash it. Then I get a tip to try Wells Fargo. Perla helped me. It was fast and easy. Coming back to Wells Fargo to cash every check from now on. Thank you for saving my day!

Horribly slow and spend more time chatting with each other than actually serving customers. When I arrived, I was the second car in line for drive-through and it took 40 minutes to cash one check.

The after hour drop box is always locked, what’s the point of having it if we can’t use it. It’s so frustrating.

Why can’t I ever deposit cash in the drive thru ATM on the weekends?? It’s absurd especially with 1 ATM working. If you aren’t accepting deposits, post a sign somewhere for all of us waiting in a long line wasting time at Wells Fargo.

If I could give the bank no stars I would. The service here is HORRENDOUS! The manager (male) is worthless. According the the only banker at this branch he doesn’t have the qualifications to do basic work. There is only 1 banker ever here and she never has time to help customers (I have been here more than once). I wouldn’t come here again!!

I got here for an appointment, @ 9:30 and nobody approached me till 9:48 only to tell me that they couldn’t except my Xcel bill from my excel app then to continue to tell me that they cannot provide me service because they were fully booked so basically, I sat here and waisted 30 minutes. I recommend just take your business somewhere else as a 10 year Customer I will be doing that.

There is plenty of drive-through’s, but not very much parking the outside ATM looks like you could get mugged at it pretty easy I don’t know how much camera they have on it but it’s a little sketchy. Getting in and out of here because it’s on such a busy street is also not very easy

The teller Harmony in the drive through has terrible customer service skills. Ask for a different teller
