I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for years. Couple months ago I went in to withdraw the money for home renovation. Grace was a teller recommended for me to apply for the credit card that would benefit me in my situation. I really appreciated her service and time. Later I realized she was a manager running around carrying so many duties in the bank. Grace is very intelligent, fast worker took her job very serious, care about the customers. She is a great asset to Wells Fargo. Today I get the help from her again. Love to go to the bank and see her smiling face.

Keep deleting my review, your junk atm that is located in the front stole over 600 dollars ilof my cash deposit. I still can't get over it. Such a shame that the atm have cameras and they told me they are unable to review it.

You're required to make an appointment to see a banker nowadays, but they don't keep to their appointments. 20 minutes after my appointment time, they are asking why I'm here. If appointments are required, keep to the allotted 30 minutes. You know, like a business.

Terrible. I can see why Wells Fargo is going under. They’re stealing money from people. I was missing 2 deposits and it’s been a month I still haven’t got my money but the money was taken out of the account of the person that wrote the check. I’m done. I’m going to chase

Absolutely ridiculous! Went in to get a business item notarized and the lady stated she couldn’t see me until later in the afternoon because her notary was with (1) customer I said it’s okay I will wait. She said no it’s probably going to take in excess of 1 hour. She didn’t bother asking her notary how long he was going to be she just assumed. She stated “ if you need it that bad go to ups”. This is terrible customer service. These people need to be put in a back room locked for their shift so they don’t have to speak to customers.

Tried twice to have a five a minute change on a piece of paper and both times I had to wait for 15 minutes and 30 minutes and nobody ever came back to even informed me that they’re running late so I left both times so I’m not gonna try at that bank again. It’s a good place to cash a check even though sometimes it takes quite a while

My husband went in for a simple withdrawal and for what should have taken 5 minutes to do took over 30 minutes. Waiting on approval to withdrawal our money from our account? Everyone else that walked in was served expediently. But when a black man goes to ask for money it looks suspicious. Grace shame on you!

Any time I go inside a branch I am reminded to do everything in my power not to go inside a branch. I don't think it is the employees as much as it is the corporate policy of how can we not be helpful and not provide good returns or options for long time customers.
