Terrible. I can see why Wells Fargo is going under. They’re stealing money from people. I was missing 2 deposits and it’s been a month I still haven’t got my money but the money was taken out of the account of the person that wrote the check. I’m done. I’m going to chase

Absolutely ridiculous! Went in to get a business item notarized and the lady stated she couldn’t see me until later in the afternoon because her notary was with (1) customer I said it’s okay I will wait. She said no it’s probably going to take in excess of 1 hour. She didn’t bother asking her notary how long he was going to be she just assumed. She stated “ if you need it that bad go to ups”. This is terrible customer service. These people need to be put in a back room locked for their shift so they don’t have to speak to customers.

Tried twice to have a five a minute change on a piece of paper and both times I had to wait for 15 minutes and 30 minutes and nobody ever came back to even informed me that they’re running late so I left both times so I’m not gonna try at that bank again. It’s a good place to cash a check even though sometimes it takes quite a while

My husband went in for a simple withdrawal and for what should have taken 5 minutes to do took over 30 minutes. Waiting on approval to withdrawal our money from our account? Everyone else that walked in was served expediently. But when a black man goes to ask for money it looks suspicious. Grace shame on you!

Santaly has helped me twice now and her customer service has been amazing both times. She is professional but also engaged with me on a personal level. She has excellent knowledge of what she was doing and helped me very efficiently. An excellent asset to the team.

Any time I go inside a branch I am reminded to do everything in my power not to go inside a branch. I don't think it is the employees as much as it is the corporate policy of how can we not be helpful and not provide good returns or options for long time customers.

Totally unprofessional.Totally a bank to avoid.Went in to open a checking account and was told no one was available to do that for me.Said they would call me the next day to set up an appointment to open the account.It has been three weeks. Nothing.Guess they don't want new business.Pathetic.

Do Not bank here! they took a check that was a fraud check, cashed it and then overdrew my bank account more than $1380 and there wasn't even the $2100 in the checking account to cover the check! They dI'd not cover any of the charges and told me "sorry, nothing we can do". I have never been happy with my service 100 percent because service is slow, parking is horrible, and the atm never has money (at least the last 3 times I have been there). please spare yourself the agony of banking here. I am moving on,this is a situation anyone could find themselves in and Wells Fargo had no interest I. working with me or attempting to make it right and I have banked there for 10+ years!

The at this branch is excellent. Jackelin helped me with a wire transfer which I had no idea how to complete. I called the next day to check to see if it went through and she got in the phone and was super helpful.Next, the branch manager, Barbara, stayed open 1/2 hour past closing accommodate my busy work schedule and complete a tricky transaction for me. This branch is tops, thank you!!

I went in to have a document notarized and the teller had the audacity to ask me if it was important. I would think any document that requires a notarization is important and truly how does that speak to your customer service.

The most unprofessional and disorganized bank branch I have ever been in. They double book appointments and nobody can answer your question. Never been comfortable with this bank managing my money. Walked out and went straight to chase. Its the dollar store of banks.
