The whole area around the food is disgusting. The tables are always extremely dirty. Floors have trash. The napkins, straws, lids, and condiments area is always dirty and less then half full. They have never taken very good care of this area.

Either you show up and the food court is completely closed or they're out of ice cream, again. Their prices on everything else are nothing special, the food court is the only reason I have the membership and sadly this particular location continues to let me down.

It’s a good thing the pizza is at least good. The rude guy who answered the phone when I called in a pizza order was ANYTHING but friendly and polite.
I then arrive 20 min later to pick up the pizzas and they hadn’t even bothered to put the pizzas in the oven yet, and then put me behind a whole slew of other people who ordered WAY after me, so I waited in their line for an additional half hour.
You can’t blame it on a “mix up” EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s a regular occurrence here. Seriously folks???

Food court took forever, seemed like they pretty much forgot about my order until I stood at the counter and reminded them I still hadn't gotten my number called. Not exactly busy, they just didn't start it until I reminded them.

It's nice to grab a bite( tastey, if unhealthy, haha) just to help me focus on what I really need. I see staff cleaning constantly every time I visit. Thumbs up on that. And altho the pizza maybe not so healthy, it is absolutely one of my favorites. Thanks for having a good court in Costco's!!

This Costco is pretty good but the management needs some help. When I was last there, 3 aisles in the back were closed for stocking fir at least 10 min , even though they had all morning to get that done before opening. Also, they open a few minutes late on a regular basis, and one time they were almost -0 min late. The other Costcos I've been to usually open early on a regular basis.

Do not go to the eye center. They messed up a prescription bad and gave me contacts. Two weeks later they corrected the prescription but are making us pay out of pocket for new contacts to fix their mistake

I just got a slice of their famous cheese pizza ?. Excellent as always. My order was ready less than one minute after ordering. There shouldn't be a score here for "Atmosphere", it's a Costco Food Court! Of course the atmosphere would be just one star ⭐.

Horrible customer service. My parents were there today and was yelled at by the cashier that the membership is expired and to pay for it now or leave. We have been members since they opened. They didn't know it expired. It should have been handled better then that!
