I am extremely disappointed with Costco’s bathroom remodeling service. I had scheduled an appointment with their third-party contractor, only to receive a call one day before the appointment, informing me that it had to be canceled. The reason given was that my co-signer on my deed, who will not be at the house during the appointment, is required to be present, despite the fact that I am the homeowner. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. It shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time and schedules. I expected better from Costco and will be reconsidering any future services with their partners.

We pre-ordered two party platters. The chicken and Swiss pinwheels were a big hit but any leftovers don’t keep well. The ‘meat, cheese, and fruit’ platter was a disappointment. Two types of salami and two types of cubed cheese with red and white grapes. Not enough variety or deli slices to make into sandwiches. It was great that we were able to order over the phone. It would be helpful if Costco could post pictures of these party tray options online.

We don't have a Costco in Rapid City, so when we travel, we stop to pick up things that we need.This store had the nicest staff! They were super busy, but the person by the self checkouts was cheerful and very talkative. She was willing to help... such a breath of fresh air!

Thank you Loretta for ruining our first shopping experience at Costco. We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in there… walked right out regretting our newly purchased membership. Enough for us not even purchase anything on our first anticipated visit.
