It's a storage facility, in that regard there is nothing particular to note.
They people behind the company are what make it shine. Ashley on phone support was wonderful and the onsite manager, Bob, is a real gem.
Moving is stressful, the last thing you need is more. Thanks Bob.

I kept storage for many years at this Timnath site before Lockaway Storage bought this NoCo Storage property. One of the best thing is that Lockaway kept the manager, Bob, and he has been great to deal with anything about my storage rental for access to the property.

Lockaway is convenient with the location and app access. Unlike other storage facilities The property manager goes above and beyond with accommodating your needs. I definitely recommend lockaway storage.

Bob the manager is great. Renting was super simple and convenient. No keys to pick up- yes, you have to download an app and create an account. But the app works well and is very simple to operate.

Switched to digital blue tooth locks so they can lock you put whenever they please, then they don't answer the phone locally or atbl the nationwide office or texts. Not acceptable when I have business supplies in there I need to get to. Bob the manager is a nice guy but ever since they switched to this new company Lockaway they cannot be trusted. Also have raised my rent almost every few months.

Very safe facility. Nice staff! And the Bluetooth entry is really convenient and feels extra secure. Plus, you don't have to remember your keys!

Went in to check out the facility. The manager was very friendly and gave me a tour of the grounds. The facility was very clean and up to date with the new type of locks.

Great facility but way to expensive. They have raised my rent several times by 50%. Considering moving a few miles away to save significantly.

The only complaint is the price hikes! But I am sure I am not the only one. The new tech is great, easy access and easy to install and use! The facilities manager is a great guy and very pleasant to talk with about everything!

easy access into units using a bluetooth app on the phone, it makes it very convenient as you don’t have to remember any codes or keys! the staff is always very helpful
