Wouldn't put a single strip of tape on a box for me. Had to buy a $5 roll from them and tape it closed while she watched me. Seriously? Guess i'll take my business to UPS.

They "delivered" my package to a locked locker. I filed a claim and apparently the postal worker looked for it where they put it. But if you put it in a locked box, where did it go? Nobody else has a way to access it.

Why do the close on M-F from 2-2:30 for lunch?! Hire more staff, use tax dollars to pay for it.

Absolutely horrible service. The older woman who works there is impatient, rude and completely unhelpful. She openly complained about how many packages I brought in to ship (I have a small business and was fulfilling online orders) then proceeded to mess up the labels on many of them, so I had to manually send new tracking numbers to those customers. Very frustrating and time-consuming.She also randomly asked if my husband and I had any kids we left at home to run this errand, and when we said we did not, she said we would regret not having them and should “definitely change that someday soon”…not sure what made her think that was any of her business or an appropriate thing to say?? Very strange and unpleasant interaction that took far too long. The younger woman who works there eventually stepped in to take over the transaction and was a bit more helpful, but overall it was a terrible and trying experience. Will never return to this location.Go 10 minutes down the street to the Windsor location — they’re awesome there!!

The customer service at this USPS location is horrible - spoke with the "Post Master" (as she called herself - Hailey or Bailey)! She really needs some training and classes in customer service STAT! She comes off rude and unprofessional. I asked why my "priority" mail will not be delivered when expected. The Timnath post master said, that is an "estimated" delivery. However, on my tracking, it says "expected". I told her "estimated and "expected" are two totally different meanings. She continued to argue with me, that "priority" takes 2-5 days. I asked her for a white sheet that mentions those specific deadlines and she could not give me anything to confirm her statement, and continued to be rude.... I can comment more on her disposition and attitude, but I will leave it at that. HER boss needs to remind her she is in a customer service position and needs to act accordingly. If their was another Post office in Timnath, I would go there, but the isn't!!! The two women that work there, need some attitude adjustments and smiles on their faces!!!!!

My 85 year old grandma and deaf parent shipped a package that was damaged. No one in the office will help, referred them to a computer to file a claim. The website wasn't working properly and claim denied for no reason. No one there takes responsibility or the extra step to help the elderly.

A great little post office! I live on the south east corner of Fort Collins and it's faster to mail packages in Timnath than at the Boardwalk USPS location in Fort Collins! Very friendly customer service!

I love this small post office, but is it asking too much to post the actual hours online? I checked last night on Bing and it said open till 2 pm on Saturday. I stopped by an 1:50 only to see a paper sign taped to the door that said the PO closed at noon. I checked hours online today and it said 12 pm. Why is there a difference? I needed to know the hours last night. It doesn't help me to know the accurate hours *after* they've closed. If the government isn't hi-tech enough to post any change in hours online, how can you possibly believe that they can deal with the more complex issues that face society?

This post office is a complete joke. The envelope says DO NOT BEND!!! This has my diploma in it and they folded it in half in the mail box. They also send back my mail that obviously says my name and the PO Box number on it. Can’t wait to switch post offices.

If you are an online seller (or anyone who needs to ship a package) this is the post office of your dreams! Friendly, prompt, fast, and they understand the importance of scanning items while you wait. Package tracking starts very quickly for anything I send out of this location. If you have time to burn - go to the larger Ft Collins post office locations. If you need to get in/out quickly head to Timnath!
