This review is only regarding the Walmart pickup. First time me and husband shopped with it we came back inside, and one of the paper bags broke on us. Whoever packed the order decided to put a glass apple cider vinegar container in the same bag as an open onion. Since the paper bag broke, our glass apple cider vinegar also broke. The glass got into our onion, and we were not able to use either products. We also were stepping on glass shards for WEEKS in our apartment because of it. Everyday I was on the floor trying to find them, but they would never come up unless one of us stepped on the shards. Today, we decided to try it again. This time, they missed HALF of our items! We did not notice until we got home that they weren’t there. Somebody checked all the items on the app, but we did not receive them. The best they could do is give us a refund for the missing items, which is great. BUT just make sure you check all the bags BEFORE you leave!

Shout-out to Dakota for helping me out. He was amazing when I had an issue that was upsetting. I had a concern with a delivery order and he was TRULY interested in helping me. This is something that is slowly dying off with many businesses. Dakota was able to turn a cruddy situation into a situation that was more understandable. I just wanted to make sure he was recognized for his strong customer response! I truly believe he wants to make sure his customers are happy!

If you get approached by the Hispanic woman in the parking lot selling AirPods for gas money to get home to Arizona, go in and tell security. She’s a scammer. Call the cops to come get her if she annoys you enough.

Five months after my initial review, I am editing my review on this store. They had initially removed both self-check out areas and were not allowing a lane or two for express check out for people that had only a few items. There were times that it took me longer to check out than to shop.
Since then they have reopened the self-check out areas to 15 items or less and they usually have one or two lanes open for self-check out for more than 15 items. This has created a much faster and less frustrating shopping experience for me that I really appreciate.

I am currently evacuated from my home due to fire. I went into walmart to get socks boxers a toothbrush and shaving cream and a razor. I paid at the cometics counter and have the cashier remove the anti theft devices on the socks razor and boxers. I walk to the exit and am outside the building with my purchased items and receipt when an older lady yells at me to see my "electronics." Martha at the door followed me outside to check my receipt for electronics. I showed her my receipt and said I do not have any electronics and then she was confused. Walmart should probably talk to thier employees to not follow paying customers into the parking lot

Was treated like a thief after paying for all items during my trip today. Door greater had a line of people held up to check receipts so I walked around them. Greeter then calls out to me that I MUST show my receipt as it’s their store policy. Because she made a scene I complied, and turned around and handed her my 3 receipts, (to make budget tracking easier) she then gets rude and asks me what SHES looking for. I told her she needs to figure it out herself, she asked for the receipt and it’s her job. During this time 5 people walk around us, and she didn’t yell after them to check their receipts, so I brought it up, she told me I just need to get a job to understand what she’s going through.
I had no high dollar items in my cart, and had my two toddlers whining so I was ready to get out of the store.
I was finally allowed to leave but was furious. I do not steal, and do not want to be treated like a thief. I called the local manager to complain and they stated it is their store policy to check receipts, to which I requested they at least put up signs for the customers to be ready to show receipts then.
This will be my final trip to this wal mart.

It’s a clean store but everytime I’ve come people follow me and they double and even triple check my stuff to see if I’m stealing. 100% harasses people of color at this store !!

Yeah, I get COVID protocols but when I'm the only one leaving or coming, there's no need for a door person to constantly harass me for where i walk, even when I'm outside crossing the road. I'm going to treat her the same way everyone i see her now. Update they are even worse than before now when not busy electronics just walks off instead of helping ppl. I just needed 2 pieces of electronics and the last just pretended he keys didn't workand stood there laughing
