Have used them twice to get my furnace going during very frigid temperatures and they have always been on time, very polite and made sure our house was warm!! Absolutely recommend them.

Showed up on time, friendly enough service people. BUT, only needed my pilot lit on boiler that worked fine when I turned it off last summer. Suddenly, every exterior part needed replacing including overflow tank. Now the valve where overflow screws in has a crack it never had before they messed with it, and I'm supposed to pay for something THEY obviously broke? Plus I was charged $240 labor for 2 men to be here less than 2 hrs? Are you kidding me? I felt very taken advantage of. Will never call these people for anything again. I guess I thought everyone in Trinidad were nice, decent folks. My bad. You got me for 500 you won't get me for any more

Worst experience ever! Called for propane for my RV, gentleman who answered the phone was very rude, stated “ well you have to bring your rv here cuz we don’t deliver”. I’m new to Trinidad & will NEVER use or recommend this company!

I have had great experiences with Al's gas. Just had a furnace installed. Excellent workers. Considerate and polite. Hard workers who left my house clean and tidy.

Delivery is good. Never ran out of gas. Prices are decent.However I requested an estimate on getting a new heating system this past winter (2023) and haven’t heard anything back from them.

Called today when I noticed my tank was at 5 percent and paid my previous balance wasn't expecting them to come immediately but they did!!! Within about 30 mins heard the beeper of their truck backing up. Always provide outstanding service! Thanks Al's gas!!!! ?

Recently purchased a new Whirlpool Dishwasher to replace an old Magtag Model. Carey is sales was wonderful. The purchase was made on a Monday & thanks to two amazing guys, (Allen & Dalton) it was delivered & installed by Thursday. Thank you to all the team members at Al's Gas Service. My Dad purchased all his major appliances along with his furnace & air conditioning & now you have a repeat customer in me!

Called late on a Thursday and was told service person would call next morning. Was called Friday morning, service people came within an hour. Said they would be back after lunch with supplies. Back at 1:30 and ran gas line. Very efficient and let us know how and what they were doing. Lite the pilots on furnace and water heater and was done in less than 3 hours. Friendly and efficient! Would gladly recommend Al's Gas Services!

Tried to get a replacement part for a propane system I bought from them, they will not help me. Also they charge for a full propane refill even if the tank was not empty.Service: Heating system installation

Al's Gas is a fantastic company. I can't count the number of times they have helped me out in a pinch. Their employees are thoughtful, thorough and competent and their prices are fair.
