Shout out to Joe. Joe went above and beyond to help my 86 yo dad get his flip phone up and running. For two days he patiently guided us through the process. Today he was on the phone w corporate and his boss to help my dad get the same exact phone purchased and working. Joe was so respectful, understanding, actively listened, and was very informative and engaging. Also let me watch the Bronco game on his iPad while we waited- Go Broncos!! Thank you Joe for all the help!!!!!!

Amazing service gentleman that helped me was very helpful and understanding of my predicament and game me easy to understand answers and how to go forward with my plan and settling the issue on a prior account an when I came back with a new issue for my phone helped me out fast and easy and explained what had happened will surely be staying there

The trinidad colorado Verizon store guy knows his stuff ! I'm from small town Raton which is almost 20 miles over a pass from Trinidad. The Verizon store here was mismanaged so it got shut down. This guy has been nothing but great . In fixing a phone for me and the purchase of a new phone (added a line) later. A big thumbs up!

Just wondering why your employee has to be so RUDE. My husband was waiting patiently for his turn and your employee felt the need to come over and tell him that it was going to be a ling time RUDELY like they WANTED him to leave instead of waiting.
We buy folds and have a lot of lines, spend a lot of money with verizon to be treated badly in this store EVERY TIME we go in. .Chat online TOLD US to go there. But we are done.
will NEVER return, will tell EVERYONE what you allow to go on there. and im calling corporate.

Mt husband & I have done business with Russell Cellular in Trinidad since we moved here 6 yrs ago. The customer service, specifically Jody F., is what keeps us coming back. He goes out of his way to accomodate any and all of our service needs, and therefore, will always have our business. He is truly a gem!!

I would like to get in touch with Jody’s supervisor because he refused to give me their contact information.
Last month I became a new customer of Verizon and Jody told me about the promotion of a free iPhone 14 and 80% off an iPad. I got back to my home in New Mexico and did not have any reception for a week. Have tried several times now to return the devices because I found a new provider and each time Jody has refused to help me or to take the time to help me find a solution. He keeps saying that I got free devices and that I should be happy, but when speaking to the billing department, they let me know that I would be responsible for paying out the devices in full unless returned since I didn’t complete the contract. He’s unprofessional and flat out rude.

Extremely rude. Went to the closest Verizon store to get help with setting up a phone and was told that because we didn't purchase the device at this particular store he would not (not could not) but wouldn't assist us. Glad I didn't purchase my device here. Hopefully this review will save other people time and effort. Don't use this store. It doesn't deserve the Verizon name.
