Great in persone service, but if you are looking for a bank with good mobile access, this is not the one. I've had troubles with my online account logging me out for the past year but finally it just gave out. They updated their system and deleted my account.

Attempted to go here to get a loan less than a month ago. The first person I worked with apparently didn’t bother to forward the information about the application to the people they left it with. When the second person called (which knew nothing of my financial situation, other factors or whatever else that was going on) was extremely rude and no help why so ever other than to say “sorry we can’t help you”. Not to mention trying to get in contact with the bank for two weeks to even start the application. Received my “denial” letter in the mail that said experian was with in the mid 500 range. Turned around last week, tried different bank for a larger amount at my score over 700 there? Sounds like to me a scam or a joke at this bank. Need to get their act together.

I have banked with this bank since 98. The overall rating is excellent. I have never came across a problem with the system or the employees! Thank you all for what you do!

I have banked with this bank for over 4 years. I attempted to deposit a check from a Bank of America - Written by One Main Financial- A Stock Exchange Company from loan proceeds. One Main Financial wrote a loan they would not. They insisted at the Branch in Trinidad that the New Management refuses to allow them to cash checks and make money available any longer instantly. It would be held for 7 Days with their new banking computer system. When attempting to resolve this with the bank it was to no avail. So ENT in Rye city allowed me to deposit the check with instant funds available. Guess Ill be using INBANK for my free Cashiers Checks and Money Orders when needed. Will be using ENT for my banking as the local bank appears to be so broke they cant cash checks anymore. I would find another bank if your looking for good customer service. Its a shame that the Older Management at the bank have their hands tied to this Tyranny that new ownership established. Its not a people friendly bank any longer. Guess Darrell at First National left in good timing.

I dont quite understand why the only way to get a hold of these people thru their drive thru at this time im a local with no car how has a question about my accont that ive held there for over a year and they cant answer the phone so ima have to walk to their bank stand in line behind cars to ask a simple question that would have taken 5 mins over the phone

Horrible business practices regarding fees, horrible customer support, and rude attendants in the drive through. I left my debit card in the ATM and they refused to simply check the camera for me to see if it had been stolen by the next person. The lady was extremely rude, and made sure to explain that it was my fauly for leaving the card. Later InBank, I wont even use the ATM there anymore, this is the second time at this bank my card was stolen.

As a bank in a smaller community I appreciate the warm reception, excellent service, and solid banking that we receive every time we work with International Bank in Trinidad. We currently have business, personal and savings accounts with the bank and are happy on all accounts. They recently upgraded their online capability/mobile app capability and initially there were some glitches but now their app works amazing and I'm able to see changes to the accounts reflected in real time. This bank and their representatives have also helped my kids start their savings accounts and have supported several of the community 4H and FFA programs on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend the bank to other members of this community.

It is hard to sum up how terrible this establishment is. I'm not sure I know words bad enough to describe them. The employees and service left me broke, stranded, unable to access my money, and unable to even so much as deposit a check (yeah you heard me, they wouldn't even let me give them money. That unhelpful.) If that's not enough, I have never been so insultingly and condescendingly talked to by a "professional" in any establishment in my life. My experience with international bank was the worst I could imagine, so bad that I'm not sure how they remain in business. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did.

I wasn’t greeted or helped by any of the people at this bank, despite being the only customer in the building. When I asked the teller how I could open an account, she told me I’d have to talk to someone in the lobby (which was completely empty of any bankers) and went back to her work. It was only after I asked her to find someone to help me that I was able to talk to anyone. I didn’t end up opening an account here clearly.

Really good staff, they've been family friends for years. Iffy when it comes to getting a bank card, I had to activate it twice, and it shut off again and I haven't used it. Scares me to think I could get stranded cause I can only activate it within banking hours. They need a number to call after hours for emergencies like this.

I am very surprised at some of the reviews I have been reading. I have had nothing but positive and friendly help from closing my wife's account after her passing to helping me out with my new debit card after I had made mistakes I am greatful for all of their professionalism and their exemplary customer service, thank you international Bank staff

Clean, easy parking. Don't bank here, but they were no-fuss about letting me use the bathroom. (Adjacent park's bathrooms were locked up.)

If you enjoy or rely on online banking, this is NOT the bank for you! I am constantly having to sign on online and reset my password just to use their app. At least twice a week, I do not have online/app access to my bank account because they are "experiencing problems" I am in the process of setting up new accounts elsewhere because this is seriously a joke.
