Just driving through and hit a deer. Called several shops mainly trying to find a shop that could get my truck fixed as fast as reasonable. Took several day just to move from Tow Truck lot, bad sign. Another week plus before they looked at it. Few weeks to get parts but well more than a week before going back in the shop. Needed more parts. I bring up that I specifically asked them before taking my truck to them I really needed my truck and they committed to really getting it done quickly. They told me I should just come and get my truck and take it somewhere else. Couple weeks and parts arrive but about that long after parts arrive to go back in the shop since it is back of the line again. Called and set up a time 2 weeks out to pick up my truck on a Friday. Monday which was 5 days out from flying out I call to verify, all good. Thursday they want me to wait until Monday, I already paid for flight to Colorado Springs. While on the bus from COSP they tell me the AC doesn't work yet, will have to take it someplace in Tucson and send them the bill. Great, 100 degree drive back. Also other work I needed was not addressed at all, just painting a door, no parts needed but guess 2 1/2 months wasn't enough time. Headlights pointed at the starts. Likely you can do better.Services: Body & Trim

I thought it was going to take months for the repairs, took only 2 weeks to get it back. The customer service and the treatment received was excellent. Would definitely recommend anyone with car issues and repairs to come here.
