The staff at Phil Long really helped me during a storm. I was visiting and needed to make sure my vehicle was safe for the trip- I got several things attended to and received a detailed report I found very helpful. Everyone there was helpful, kind and supportive.

Who charges $180 just for a diagnosis, quite very silly. I had a check engine light then these people tell me to pay $180 just for the diagnosis alone, quite ridiculous. At least make it cheaper than that . Also full of unfriendly people, can never go back here again, silly goose

WHAT IS THERE NOT TO RECOMMEND?! The staff is fantastic, knowledgable, kind, no pressure, creative in matching you with a car. They go out of their way to make buying a car so easy. Financial help also and honest consideration is right there at the front as well. Huge for me. I am so grateful for they insight, professionalism and their kindness. Run don't walk to work with them. :)

I had a headlight changed. The service department was efficient, professional and friendly. It was very reasonably priced. They also checked my tires for air pressure. I will be back! Excellent service!

This dealership makes their maintenance plans, roadside assistance, windshield protection, and tint mandatory on all purchases. An absolute scam considering everything but the tint is typically covered under the insurance any customer would have to purchase for a new vehicle. The gentleman who I spoke to tried to tell me that the windshield wouldn't be covered by my insurance. I've had it replaced twice this year--all covered by my insurance. These guys are playing their customers and lost my prospective business entirely. Don't let them play you! You're own insurance IS good enough and you do NOT need these silly add-ons. Especially the mandatory tint lol get outta here and reevaluate how you do business.

Very expensive, but they saw me on short notice for a bad alignment. A+ very polite and competent service crew. They know what they are doing, but you'll pay dearly for it.Quoted $1200+ for 4 OEM Ecopia EP422 tires on a Prius Prime... jaw dropping, extortionate x2.5 pricing even for a dealership. Refused it.I've been to some dealers that were extremely expensive AND did not know what they were doing... or were actively evil; I refused their services and reported them to Toyota. This dealer is pretty good and worth considering, just bring a beefy wallet.

The manager of the dealer ship is rude and inconsiderate. She made comments about my wanting to apply for job as a ****** were upsetting and hurtful. In addition, I have I spent a great deal of money in this dealership; often seeing the manager walking around. She has seen me there several times and not once introduced herself or even acknowledging me. Having spent over 20 years in the transportation industry and knowing what customer service is; I can without doubt state that these actions are not even close to ******************* they are as far from customer service as I have ever seen.In closing weather or not she feels I am capable of preforming the duties as a Portor cannot be decided upon simply by her opinion of me. There is legal precedence concerning the how disabled applicants are to be addressed and the manager of Phil Long Toyota of Trinidad violated every one of those guidelines.At no time was my dignity as a human being upheld or even considered. I am deeply hurt and saddened by this inconsiderate person.****************************

Asked for a rotate and balance with my oil change. They did change my oil with no issues this time, but only rotated the tires. No balancing at all. Then when I called them. They told me they would take $20 off of the $75 cost ($70 to balance!!!)of balancing the tires. That's because I already paid $20 for the rotate. This was the second time I took my vehicle there. The first time was for an oil change and they ended up ripping out my fuel filler hose. Unfortunately for them I will not be using them anymore.Services: Tires

We have had both of our Toyota vehicles serviced at this location for years. Staff is always friendly and courteous. My only issue has been with getting someone to answer when calling to set up appointments. This has happened the last three times I've needed to make service appointments. After multiple attempts, I've been able to speak to someone and after that it's been smooth sailing.
