I am a share branch customer who went into the Power Credit Union on Pine St. in Trinidad yesterday to make a deposit. Robb, the teller, assisted me promptly, courteously, and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I don’t even bank with Power CU, and Robb was still very helpful. Robb is friendly pleasant kind and very much accommodating!! I received the exact help I needed easy and quick, not one complaint. Customer service at this branch is a 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also, If you are a plant lover you’ll also love the umbrella tree in the lobby, I did!

Everyone at the Trinidad talk office were very helpful. They did everything they can for me, including Rob, Celeste, Daisie, Heather and Eulalia and Christie They were fast and prompt to get me my money appreciate them all.
