The star is absolutely unprofessional, especially the store manager. I had been a customer with this place for many years until this person became manager and have never had any problems till now I was on auto pay and gave them permission at one point then I took my auto pay off when I was no longer working, and now that I have made one payment off of my card, they stole my card and my information and now. Continues to run my card every single day for payment. I’ve called and spoke with them. They tell me that they are going to talk about different options and get nothing. All this star cares about are their numbers. They leave the letters which is illegal. Even corporate says that they are not allowed to do that. I do not recommend this store. If I could I leave the store an absolute zero.

First year I had them they were great, so after paying off the first few things I got I decided to get a HUGE $2000 couch from them, when it arrived the guys didn't know what they were doing gave me the wrong couch at first, had to return with the right one and as they returned with the right one they ripped a hole in the LEATHER seat said it would be replaced or repaired, first repaired then replaced now back to repaired, it's been over 3 months and I'm sti here with a ripped couch and paying money every 2 weeks for a ripped couch. I'm furious. When I call they just say my rep isn't there and they'd call me back and here I wait... Not good experience at all right now.

This place deserves zero stars. Naomi is the most unprofessional customer service representative i have ever met. They put holds on your funds for a week after payment, and when inquiring, they are unprofessional. They let their children run all over the showroom, screaming and jumping on the couches.It shouldn’t take 22 minutes to make a payment. They shouldn’t call and pester and constantly text for a sale.They are always late and have never been in time even once. They sent a delivery team that was smoking a pipe on camera right before they damaged an item that was being delivered. Worst experience ever.

I have been a customer for many years. I love the quality of service I receive every time I go in or even call the store. I highly recommend utilizing them for things you need and can not afford out right cash pricing.

My fiancé has been quarantined for covid, we have had a rough go of it. I called the store and told them and the manager Anna said it was fine cause i said i would let her know what’s going on and then they showed up today 11/7/2020 with out a call. They called the cops i told em we can’t have anyone in the house that is why i didn’t answer the door. These ppl don’t care about the safety of their employees because we have someone who was sleeping in the bed and bedroom with all the furniture and they still made them take the infected merchandise. So if Trinidad breaks out bad again it will be this store that caused it! Worst service ever treated me like a criminal and called me a thief. I didn’t steal anything i was even telling them to come on Thursday. I don’t recommend renting or buying from here. Very rude. Cop had to guard me because the men were very aggressive.

Honestly I wish there was a button for a no star review. 10 out of 10 would not recommend rent a center in Trinidad!!! I was going to rent a tv, tv came it was way to big (my fault). So told them I changed my mind and scheduled a pick up. Then they never showed, so I scheduled another one and they never showed again. Now they charged my card $90 saying they never had a scheduled pick up and that they cant pick up until Friday (lady told me Tuesday would work). They then the proceeded to get into a heated argument with me over the phone. Now I'm returning the tv myself in hopes they dont break it saying I did! That is how shady they are acting. I will be taking photos of the tv before and after I drop it off!
