Its a good pawn shop in trinidad but if you buy an electronic mainly the handhelds I recommend having them tested out first before you leave the shop cause I bought a psp there and the right bumper doesn’t work and the memory stick slot does read the card so again have them tested to make sure they function properly

What a joke of a place! I'm not sure how these people make any money? Rude customer services. The employee rather joke around and screw off his buddy than do the job I am sure he is getting a nice paycheck for.

My brother went into Rocky Mountain Trading Company a few weeks back and the owner of the shop was very rude to my elderly grandmother as she was trying to pawn her rings. My grandmother was in tears, you should be ashamed of yourself. My opinion - Sell your items online!

I recently took a valuable family ring in to pawn for a few days. Although the owner Josh was nice he immediately dropped my ring on the glass counter. After I left I looked closer at my ticket/ receipt and saw several discrepancies in the discription of my ring. The gold karat was wrong to start. I called the owner with my concerns about the descepencies and to reiterate how much my late father's to ring means to me. I was assured by Josh that the ring was locked away in his safe.When I went in a few days later to pick up the ring, Josh was not there, a relative was working instead. I gave him my receipt/ticket. He went to the safe and pulled out the clear folder where other jewelry was kept but my ring was NOT there. He then picked up some papers on the EDGE of the desk and there was my ring. NOT IN THE SAFE, where I was assured it would be kept safely.But just laying out at the edge of a desk where it could have easily been knocked to the floor, lost or stolen! I hope nothing was done to the ring as the gem stones are very valuable. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANYTHING YOU VALUE.

The man at the counter very rude! I took in my playstation VR he didn't want to pawn it for me because it didn't have controllers and insisted that it comes with controllers. He went out of his way to go into the back to show me the box that he had that had controllers! I don't care. Not the one I purchased the bundle I purchased was the Doom bundle. There's plenty of VR games to play without the controllers. Im right. A business should never make someone feel like they're lying. Do your homework first!!!
