the food definitely was not fresh but this post for comment would not let me post a negative comment or no that I won't suggest Safeway Normally the deli is great but this is the second time in a month fried chicken was old,dry and not edible Nowhere to post my pic but trust me....gross Keep a better eye on your product please

If there is a process to pick up one’s prescriptions other than calling ahead over an hour prior to pick up, talking to a pharmacy employee, having assured me that my second prescription had been faxed in and she had it. Upon arriving at 2:45, the staff denied that anyone said that, and that the one of them “just got the fax off the machine”. My doctor sent it in at noon. This is consistent every time I have to have a prescription filled. I guess I just have to lower my expectations as a Safeway customer.

This store needs their own security guard...poor quality of fresh food and impossible to push a cart. Isles are crowded and packed. Needs an overhaul!

The “roasted†chicken we purchased was extremely under cooked. Calle Sri speak to a manager and got put on hold for 20 minutes, called back and the same thing. Couldn't take it back to the store, we live out of town with two babies and or eat already after 7pm

The staff and management care more about vagrants and junkies than their customers. Buyer beware. The parking lot is a criminal haven. The MOD called the cops on me and not the actual problem.

I was so hopeful that the store was taking a turn for the better. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and stocked shelves must have been a show for a corporate visit. I was overcharged again today. I felt like it was too much hassle to go back to the store after getting home and putting away my groceries. But not anymore, this happens every time. Not only will I go back with my receipt but I will only shop here if it's an emergency. If you choose to shop at this store; check expiration dates on everything! Frozen food is iffy at best. The popsicles that I'm returning had been completely thawed and refrozen. They were unrecognizable!

Always understaffed. Management doesn't know how to manage. No one in the store, with the exception of the deli, knows jack about customer service!

I don't know what's going on in this store. A few years ago the employees were happy and the service was excellent. Now everone is stressed and it takes forever to check out. I had the grouchiest checker yesterday. She refused to smile or engage with me at all. AND I had to bag my own groceries. I left without finding everything I wanted. I used to be able to find a helpful employee to help me. No more! Change something, Safeway.

Always under staffed. Always a long line at the one or 2 open registers. Management really lacks at this place. Wal-Mart is in town and this grocery acts like it has no competing alternative.
