The U-Fix-It Store at USAFA is a total game changer for cadets, whether you’re fixing up your room, grabbing cleaning supplies, or hunting down a part you thought you’d never find, this place has your back. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. What really stands out is the convenience, no need to run around base or order stuff online, it’s right there, stocked with everything from tools to light bulbs, and even those odd-sized parts that save you a trip to the BX or off-base stores. It’s also cadet budget friendly, which matters more than most people realize. Huge shoutout to the team running it, they make the U-Fix-It Store more than just a supply stop, it feels like a support system for cadet life. Honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems at the Academy that deserves way more appreciation. Highly recommend every cadet take advantage of it, you won’t know how much you needed it until you do.

I recently visited the passport office to apply for my first passport as an adult, and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant. While I understand that these processes can be stressful, the behavior of the supervisor whose name is MARGARET was completely uncalled for.
When I approached her with a few questions about the application process, she responded in a rude and loud manner, making me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. Even laughed at me when I asked a simple question. Instead of providing helpful information, her tone was condescending, and her attitude reeked of unprofessionalism.
It was disheartening to see someone in a supervisory position act in such an unhelpful way, particularly when many people are already anxious about their passport applications. I left feeling humiliated. I can't help but feel that customer service should be a priority in such an important setting.
I hope the management takes note of this behavior and implements necessary training to ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar experience. It's essential to treat all customers with respect and patience. After reading previous reviews, it looks like this is a habit at this establishment. I will NOT be coming back!

I had my C4C's duffel shipped there UPS (don't trust usps), and it arrived 7 days ago. Still missing, somewhere inside that building. I will update my review if they ever give my daughter her duffel.

I loved this place. No where ever before could someone write 80841-1913 on an envelope (nothing else), and it came straight to me. They, the U_S_P_S, they knew that was me, and they knew exactly where in the world I was. Amazing.

Completely incompetent staff. Incapable of delivering packages to students accurately. Save yourself the headache and just use UPS or FedEx.

If you go after 2pm then there is rarely a line. I avoid going before 2 because passports take a long time.

We have never had an issue at this PO, normally out the door in a few minutes, perhaps these other people are to impatient and think they take priority above others. WAIT YOUR TURN. As a military member or family you should have instilled in your head that vendors don't have to be on an installation and help you, you could have to drive into town and get it done. Thank you for being on the AFA and serving those who protect our nation SFC Jarmusz Ret.

If your package is being delivered with any carrier other than USPS, expect it to be delayed a day. Other than that, the customer service is friendly and they get stuff delivered mostly on time.
