I did not buy anything as the clothing is outrageously expensive for such thin materials. very soft yet expensive clothing. There is a huge trend with these types of brands including lululemon, and also aviator nation. I don't see why anybody would buy $180 pair of sweatpants. some styles are ugly, some are really cute and styled like back then. some denim jean jackets with cool prints on them are pretty sweet. I love the theme of the store and how it sets a great vibe. the advertising on the wall is incredibly inappropriate with naked ladies and shorts open.

The customer service at this particular store was terrible in my experience. When calling I would ask for a product and they would tell me they don’t have it. I would then hang up and call back 5 minutes later when a different person was at the phone and they would tell me they had the product. Terrible experience and I think everyone should know the products they have in store.

I did not actually buy anything as the clothing was not my style but this has to be the most colorful little shop I have ever been in. The staff were also very friendly.

The prices on the stuff in this shop are shocking and offensive.Saw their pop up at the Go Pro games and observed every single person come and quickly go after one look at the price tag.The previous review shows the quality can require repair and that you can't even expect service once they've got your money either.Too bad because the brand is unique and spunky.

I have owned and loved all of my Aviator Nation products until recently. I sent in a $850 winter jacket for repair on December 10th, 2021- after that I received no updates or responses. I called and someone in customer service told me I would receive it back in 7-10 business days- that was December 17th. Now, it’s February 19! I have called and emailed everyday last week and this and received no response. I even had my partner email and he has received two generic responses telling him the order is being processed and “cheers”. I waited on hold two different times for 50 and 45 minutes and didn’t even receive any correspondence and ended up hanging up both times. For the cost of these items, and my loyalty of this company, I expect far better customer service! This is totally unacceptable. I have lost faith in this company and would never recommend this to anyone!
