Speyside Cafe is the modern ground-floor café at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, serving elevated coffee drinks in the morning, whisky cocktails and neat drams, and seasonal bites all day for guests and local patrons. The design of Speyside Café is inspired by the lush, natural terrain and architecture of northeastern Scotland with modern visual reference that include wallpaper depicting the Speyside region in the Scottish Highlands, wood paneling, soft lighting, and a green accented lounge area.
