I would give zero if I could. This pharmacy has been calling me nonstop with automated messages about a prescription. I live in Chicago, not Colorado. I have never lived in Colorado. It's obvious that someone has the wrong phone number connected to their account. I called back as I'm getting CONSTANT voicemails and calls. Instead of helping me the pharmacist that answered not only talked over me, said he can't do anything because he needs my DOB, then gave me a phone number by saying call 1-800 Kroger. I said I have no idea what that is, can you give me the actual numbers, and he's like 1-800 Kroger, bye. It wasn't even correct! Your pharmacy is harassing me and has wrong information in the system, but you treat me like I'm the problem? I feel bad for the people that have to actually use this pharmacy. They apparently link incorrect information to accounts and have zero care or empathy for their customers to even attempt to fix it.

Terrible customer service and rude people. They said the Rx did not qualify for Good Rx coupon and the charge was $175.00. Contacted Good Rx and the drug was eligible.
The cost was $22.00. 2 hours later and another trip to the pharmacy, we were issued a refund with no apology. Never again.

Disappointed by Rude and Unprofessional ServiceI had an unfortunate experience at City Market Pharmacy with a pharmacist named Mark. Although I am typically understanding of the challenges that healthcare professionals face, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions when choosing a pharmacy.Mark's behavior during our interaction was extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, rude. I approached him with a genuine concern about my prescription, expecting assistance and empathy. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude that left me feeling unheard and disrespected.To make matters worse, during a follow-up phone call, Mark abruptly hung up on me, further demonstrating a lack of courtesy and professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone in a position of trust like a pharmacist.I strongly encourage City Market Pharmacy to address this issue and ensure that all staff members, including Mark, adhere to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. I also urge others to consider their options when choosing a pharmacy, as experiences like mine can negatively impact your well-being and confidence in your healthcare providers.In conclusion, I hope that my review serves as a reminder of the importance of treating all customers with respect and consideration, regardless of the circumstances.This has just been my experience with Mark. Everyone else there is very nice.

Soo rude...horible customer service
Tried to ask what types of booster they have and she started yelling at me that I need to book online, but anyhow they are sold out for the next 2 weeks. I just wanted to know if they have moderna before making the app

What an obnoxious place. They don't allow you in with backpacks. Tried to explain I have $12K worth of electronics, that I can't leave in a car, he tells me to leave it on the counter. So I drove down the road to Safeway, where the manager wondered, why I'm even asking, just come on in fine.

Shout out to the very patient pharmacist woman who was closing tonight, the Sunday before Christmas in Vail! I had a very long day full of pain and stress. I couldn’t get there till too soon before closing but she stayed late, filled my prescription, all while helping others! I know everyone is understaffed and overwhelmed but she pushed through with kindness and empathy. Thank you thank you!

Horrible customer service. I made a flu shot appointment went in and they said they didn’t have it after spending 15 minutes making the reservation. It is the worst, go to Walgreens
