Do not go to this place they only take card and it’s annoying. Staff is very rude. Clothes aren’t very good at all. Some other stuff is just flimsy and not good at all. Do not go here so bad.

Spectacular souvenir Heaven! Every inch is merchandised with magic! Coasters and posters along with the best view of the bridge and picnic spot next to the creek. The staff is alert and helpful. Need a blanket? They got it! Need a can of oxygen cause you can't make it up the hill without stroking out? They got that too! But seriously that have it all! Plus a kitty retro bar nextdoor if you get thirsty shopping. Cha-ching.....burp!

Surprisingly affordable with a large selection of T Shirts. $15 Vail T Shirts and $13 if you buy 3- heck yeah! It's a great place for souvenirs. Vail is ridiculously expensive. This place is a bargain. Giselle the cashier was helpful and approachable.

My girl and I rode bikes from avon to Vail Village. Looked around at all the shoppes . Had a smoothie at Loaded Joe's. The Covered Bridge Store is next door, right on the banks of Gore creek.

I had a terrible experience at this store. When we asked for the free bag that comes with 100 dollar purchase, the manager got angry and started yelling. A blonde female employee laughed in our faces for explaining how they had promised a bag. They were terribly rude, had horrible customer service and were not professional at all. When we tried to explain they threw the bag at our face. We asked for a number to call to talk to someone above the manager about how rude they wer

The manager and the blonde girl employee then went to the back room and did not come out. Thankfully one other male employee understood and gave us the correct number and apologized. Overall, never returning to this store or any chain store. Not worth you buying their overpriced Vail souvenirs.
