I absolutely love firstbank and the staff - I have banked with them over 40 years at all different branches and they have the best customer service!

This is the most unprofessional bank I've ever dealt with. Constant mistakes and untrained staff. In the 2 years I have been using firstbank there have been at least 5 situations from their errors. This company is a joke. Don't wast your time, there are other banks.

My experience at this bank was wonderful! Alisson's service was excellent, she approached me asking if she could help me when she realized I was having difficulties performing a mobile app function... and then she was extremely helpful and proactive. Anyway, it was really very gratifying to have been attended by her.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This bank preys on your misfortune and makes it almost impossible to get back on top with their overdraft fee plus $5/day just because they can. Tellers are friendly but not helpful at all. They will not work with you, they will continue to bleed you of your money as long as they possibly can. Worst bank experience I've ever had and I can't wait to cancel my business with them. What kind of bank endlessly charges an extra fee on top of the free money they already get from the overdraft fee?

My local 1st Bank. The staff is nice, there is usually only a 3-8min wait. You can always count on the staff to help you out with whatever you might need.

The manager Bill was extremely rude at explaining to me why a transaction I had asked for a million times in the past couldn't work.

After being a 1st Bank customer for over 10 years, I moved all personal accounts to Wells Fargo with my business accounts for simplicity sake, and so I can access branch deposits across the U.S. I thought I had closed my 1st Bank account, but apparently left $0.01 in a personal checking account. I didn't realize until I got an overdraft letter for an internal 1st Bank “debit card fee†of $10. I had to pay this to close the account. What a joke, but worth $10 to know not to ever do business with 1st Bank.
