Easily accessible by foot from Vail Village, friendly and helpful staffs, good selection of fine wines in the basement cellar. While not a huge store, but a great selection of established, rising, as well as cult producers. We will be back for sure :)

Shame on you. Disgusting. $56 dollars for a pack of Juul Pods. They cost less than 1/3 of the price. Illegal price gouging at its finest. You deserve negative stars not even zero stars.

I did a wine tasting at Grappa on Sunday, September 15, 2024 and had an excellent experience; however, it has now turned sour as I purchased a bottle from them on that day that they were supposed to ship to me in Tennessee. They took all my information and card details and then did nothing. We have reached out on multiple occasions. The one time they have responded, we were told they shipped it on Monday, September 23, 2024 but that was a lie. They have now ghosted us completely and refuse to answer any calls or emails. All they need to do is make it right by shipping my bottle but I won’t hold my breath. I will never return and I make the trip to Vail about once a year. Shame on them.

Condescending staff. Caters to wealthy old white men only. When my friend inquired the price of a bourbon, the staff member responded “how much do you think it is” and laughed. When checking out, the cashier called me hun and then told us “girls” to have a good night. Felt disrespected and looked down upon. Will not be returning.
