Small location in downtown Vail. The employees were so helpful. There is a pop-up across the street where you can get your purchases heat pressed.

This was my first visit at a Lululemon store and it was hands down one of the best customer service interactions I have had, since I can remember. RJ was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, that you have now gained a customer for life! Thank you to RJ and Sarah for all your help and assistance.

I had a gift card that was missing a pin and Ralph was so patient with me and Sara helped me make it work and allowed me to still use the gift card toward the purchase. Great customer service and so kind and helpful along the way. RJ in the dressing room was also a great presence and made the trip that much more fun! Thanks guys!

The ladies working were so kind and helpful. A clip on my bag had broken and they immediately helped me out and got it exchanged no questions asked. I couldn't be happier, this experience made my day!

Q feo te tratan No solo la dependienta prefiere no buscar si tiene en existencia la prenda que solicite, sino me aconseja que lo pida en línea sin revisar si hay en bodega o en piso de venta! Una vez que yo revise me explico que de nada me seduciría buscarlo en línea porque el precedo es demasiado tardado No trato de sustituir el artículo, de venderme otra cosa, de ser amable Aparentemente le molesta el servicio a clientes Si es así.... Creo q es el trabajo equivocado. Por lo menos que verifique las existencias? O bien sugiera sustitutos. Horrible trato

the girls working in there were horribly rude and judging the whole time, i usually love shopping at Lululemon and they are always so helpful and kind, this time was different they were very judgy and straight up unprofessional.

Extremely rude. Being a male looking in the main store to see if they had any other unisex clothes in that store, the sales manager was constantly badgering about how I shouldn't be in here and that the men's store is across the way. Would not leave me alone. If I could rate negative stars I would.

I really like this store. The give a great military discount, and they don't hike up their prices based on location. The prices are the same no matter what store. This location however was split into 2 spots, one for the men's stores, and the main store housed the women's clothing. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they get busy and there's not enough to go around. When they are available, they are super helpful and knowledgeable. The product is high quality, and I've never had a problem with anything I've bought from Lululemon. I feel you do get what you pay for, so I will continue to shop here.

Staff is super friendly and willing to help. And they had a sale! To be honest, I had no intention of shopping on this trip, but we saw someone walk out with four bags full... so we had to go in. Yep, they were having a sale and my teen had to have their backpacks. Not sure what the regular price is, but she walked out with one for $69 and a big smile. The staff made it an experience :-) funny part is, it's Covid- so she isn't even going into school... but we purchased a backpack.

The popup across the street is such a breath of fresh air. It’s the only men’s store in existence apparently. Bought myself a nice pair of pants. Thanks y’all! I’ll be back next time I’m in vail!

I went to Lululemon today to return a pair of pants that I purchased online. the Lululemon in Vail didn't carry the pair of pants that I ordered and Alana was so helpful! She had me try on a few pairs of pants that were made out of the same material that my pants were. Alana ordered me the pants online and they will be shipped to the store. Alana is a fantastic employee!
