“While facing a life altering situation, everyone from the person that reassembled my hands to the person that cleaned my broken body, they all showed me compassion and empathy. You could not ask for a more dedicated group of people whose sole focus is seeing you through your recovery.”

“Shout out to the very patient pharmacist woman who was closing tonight, the Sunday before Christmas in Vail! I had a very long day full of pain and stress. I couldn’t get there till too soon before closing but she stayed late, filled my prescription, all while helping others! I know everyone is understaffed and overwhelmed but she pushed through with kindness and empathy. Thank you thank you!”

“Here on vacation and I get a UTI, and ladies if you know, you know! Called my doctor in Dallas and gave the location of this Walmart Pharmacy, and within a couple hours my script was sent. The pharmacy made it so easy to get my prescription. This is the first time I’ve used any Walmart Pharmacy. They took my insurance and info over the phone, and I paid a little extra for the “within 3 hour” delivery from the Walmart app. We were staying at the Park Hyatt down the street, and it was cheaper to have my scripts delivered over me taking an Uber to and from our hotel. Very happy with the seamless transaction and convenience.”

“I use this pharmacy on a regular basis, and in my opinion it’s the best in the valley in terms of service, quickness and efficiency. They have always been willing to work with me, all I need to do is call and they help me out. Yesterday I called and 30 minutes later my prescription was ready. Friendly staff, I will continue to use this pharmacy.”

“I only popped into this store to get some olive oil and a shampoo. I was in the area for an errand, not on a grocery run. Well, $91 later, I can tell you that this City Market is amazingly well stocked. Lots of brands ( think small batch artisan finds) that I didn’t expect. The store is nicely and logically organized. There are “where to find it” signs in multiple aisles— very helpful. Nice produce, including local peaches and vegetables.
My only complaint ( and this is applicable to all supermarkets, not just City Market), is the ridiculously over-complicated sale price system. I don’t normally shop here. A 12-pack of beer was half-off. But only if I have an account and a password and the correct store address, and if I scan the barcode correctly and verify the purchase on the website. So there I was in the refrigerator aisle with bad store wifi, trying to create an account and password, but they are supposed to send a verification code (which I never got), and then I have to count how many squares have buses in the picture so you know that I am not a robot. And by then…… I just put the beer back in the cooler.
Seriously, I get it with the loyalty programs, but do you want to sell things or not? You lost out on $50 from me bc that system is ludicrous.”
