Really personable staff, there was a super long line but the employees handled it so efficiently and stayed professional the whole time. Had an expensive package and it was handled with care.

very poor experience. just wanted to print an attachment. folks in the store couldn’t figure out how to work the printer and couldn’t have cared less. i wont be back.
Folow Up - Went to Copy Copy in Avon with my job. Couldn't have been a more different experience. I will take any future needs to Copy Copy in Avon without hesitateion.

Absolutely poor communication services. Either answer the phone or don't but don't use a computersized service that asks to assist yet cannot assist in any way.

Despite new ownership, big price increases and lots of radio ads promising great service, this business continues to disappoint. UPS HQ has a national contract with Nespresso to use it's locations as a pickup point. Nespresso recently sent an urgent order I placed to this store location. Unfortunately, the local franchise has a policy that it accepts only TEN such packages a day. When that number is exceeded, they simply refuse delivery and send the package back to the sender, with no warning or communication to the customer, which is what happened to my package. The staff on duty had a laminated page that explained this policy--but that really doesn't help when all you want is your package! I called UPS HQ. They seemed surprised and promised to take action. Let's see, as the new owners don't seem to care.

The guy who works there is so incredibly rude. If I see him working, I will turn around. Whenever I can, or if he is working, I will choose somewhere else.

Love to see a store run efficiently. I was in and out in 2 minutes and everything went well. The pace was really clean and the staff was super helpful. Someone said they just got new management, so seems to be working for them.

Over priced, understaffed, and rude. This place is a joke compared to other UPS stores. Will definitely be using USPS from now on.

The two girls working at UPS displayed a remarkable level of incompetence, so much so that their lack of understanding and initiative surpassed the very object they were supposed to handle—an empty cardboard box. This metaphorically suggests that the boxes, which have no inherent intelligence or function beyond their physical purpose, outperformed the employees in terms of basic utility and common sense. Their actions—or lack thereof—demonstrated a level of disengagement or confusion so profound that it seemed as though the boxes, in their passive state, were more functional and purposeful than the individuals assigned to manage them.

Have used ups for decades.... sent peaches next day air to Minnesota and they got destroyed. Peaches were properly packed and do this every year with no issue. Filed a claim and get a generic response and out $400+.... what happened to the company I worked for in the early 2000s. Lost this life time customer for good....

Charged my kids $100 to pick up a prepaid overnight package. Extortion. They called it gratuity. Had my kids go though packages to find mine. Hope nobody ships anything important to this store because it is not secure with that policy.

It is a 10 because the new leadership and the staff has brought this location back up to an absolute 10! The positivity, cleanliness and customer service is outstanding!
