While facing a life altering situation, everyone from the person that reassembled my hands to the person that cleaned my broken body, they all showed me compassion and empathy. You could not ask for a more dedicated group of people whose sole focus is seeing you through your recovery.

So far, so good. It's not easy to navigate Vail. Parking sucks unless you park in the garage, get your ticket validated, or it is spendy. All employees have been super helpful. Will know more after my stay there to comment on the nursing staff, rooms etc.
