I have received great customer service from the local branch up to corporate. Locally, Gina Matchett has really gone above and beyond to assist with my banking needs and provide solutions. Their CD and Money Market interest rates are competitive with much larger banks. I am sincerely grateful for the support and assistance I have received.

Today, 8-7-25 again communication from the teller, a great experience once more. .Thursday 7-31-25.......a great experience today, in drive through. The teller was very professional, communication was excellent. Thank you teller. Thank you Charlene Bacca! He made a mistake but apologized. I didn't have to put on the receipt what my change back should be, there was communication. He repeated himself but I like that WOW......I WAS GREETED........ Thank you!............... 😊
At the main bank the tellers are .....always......so professional and helpful. It's was good to see the same treatment at the drive through today!
I went through the drive through this afternoon and no greeting upon arrival and none upon departure. Male cashier. This isn't the first time.
In the past it was an older female cashier. She was rude. I spoke to Mrs Baca about her and she said she would take care of the situation. Now it's this male cashier. So rude.
A few weeks ago I went through drive through and an older hey haired female was the cashier. No greeting on arrival or departure, but as I was checking my returned envelope, she very loudly said. Didn't I give you what you wanted? I looked up and like what? and she said. Didn't I give you what you wanted? I did well in checking the envelope now. No greeting, no thank you, but in a loud voice, so hateful, asks Didn't I give you what you wanted? WOW. Then I check the receipt and she put in big capital letters DEPOIT..BALANCE and an arrow pointing to the amounts. WOW How rude cashier's are at the Walsenburg Drive-up Bank in Walsenburg, Coloado are. RUDE
I will be doing a review every week that I go in on how I'm treated versus other customers. Other customers are greeted while I sit there and wonder why was I not greeted.
This has been ongoing for about 3-4 months now and I decided I needed to speak up.
We will see if things change for the better of not. See you next week.

I've always had a great experience at this bank. Sharlene Bacca has always been great to work with & the last several times I've been in with my son, Anna Vigil has helped us out & she's been great! Super polite & friendly, & has always been really thorough! My son said she's his favorite teller! It's nice to go into a bank where everyone knows you and treats you like a friend, not just a client!

Always have a pleasant experience. I don’t bank here but my employer does so I cash my check here every week. The people are always nice and have never had an issue. Like I said I don’t bank here just cash my check m, but the seem to be great people and have good CS skills.

Teller in the main branch has an attitude problem and could possibly be scamming your account. She wants the last four numbers of your Social Security number to make a deposit and nobody in that bank has ever asked for that before so be aware that she could be scamming your account. I sent my son in with a signed check and a filled out deposit form and she told him that without the last four numbers of my social security number she couldn't make the deposit for him. I have been banking at that bank for over 15 years making deposits for other people and it has never ever once been asked for the last four digits of the account holders social security number to make a deposit. I didn't catch her first name but the last name is Vigil

Horrible they are rude and don't listen talk over customers they should go back to the trailer park and by the way the la veta location has been closed for a long time change your site spent the time and gas and go to pueblo cause walsenburg sucks I don't do this but it makes me sad

We had a great experience when we visited an hour before closing time to change the signatories on our account. Sharlene helped us with this process. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful with the list of questions I had. She also welcomed to schedule a phone call to cover a few more questions regarding merchant services and to review other strategies to optimize earnings on our accounts. The other staff members we interacted with were also friendly and efficient. It's great to have a partner in the community to help with banking needs!

Every time that we have to head out to Pueblo for shopping and have a deposit to make, we go to this location. Otherwise, we would have to back track to Alamosa since we live in Blanca. We have received nothing but excellent customer service with a smile! Thank you for being there. Wish you had a Fort Garland/Blanca location.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH...I called this financial institution to see if I can open a checking account with proper ID and an escrow account check of under $1000...Any holds? No... Well, yes there is. Then, the reception individual was texting on the job...No wonder banks are failing...Mattress and a shotgun is more secure...

Charlene and her staff are always polite, respectful and happy to serve me when I go in. This week was exceptional since my our debit card wasn't working, Charlene took extra measures to discover our account had fraudulent been hacked and she resolved the issue immediately with funds back in our account and fees reversed in 4 business days! All of you are great customer service experts and we appreciate you!
