Every time that we have to head out to Pueblo for shopping and have a deposit to make, we go to this location. Otherwise, we would have to back track to Alamosa since we live in Blanca. We have received nothing but excellent customer service with a smile! Thank you for being there. Wish you had a Fort Garland/Blanca location.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH...I called this financial institution to see if I can open a checking account with proper ID and an escrow account check of under $1000...Any holds? No... Well, yes there is. Then, the reception individual was texting on the job...No wonder banks are failing...Mattress and a shotgun is more secure...

Charlene and her staff are always polite, respectful and happy to serve me when I go in. This week was exceptional since my our debit card wasn't working, Charlene took extra measures to discover our account had fraudulent been hacked and she resolved the issue immediately with funds back in our account and fees reversed in 4 business days! All of you are great customer service experts and we appreciate you!

Wish i could leave 0 stars!I am so done with this bank! They have now lost a loyal customer because one little girl at this "branch" seems to think she can make her own rules and deliberately harass my husband and I! I actually used to work with her and she has taken it upon herself to deliberately put a 7 day hold on our check that we were depositing and this is not the first time she has done this with no appropriate reason. Our account had $400 in it and it was not overdraft and we have gotten multiple checks from this person before and cashed them just fine. Also we have NEVER had a bad check and we have been with Community Banks of Colorado for almost 2 years. She deliberately attacks us for which ever issue we need help with every time we come in! HARASSMENT!!!! If i see her in the drive threw i will turn around and go to the walk in bank around the corner just so that we dont have to deal with her! I have no idea why she has taken it upon herself to purposely attack us. I now have to overdraft my account to get bills paid and feed my children! The bank will not even be open Monday so I can fix this issue with a more competent employee! I will be reporting her to the appropriate people as I have already done it threw the branch twice with no response because they all seem to dismiss my accounts with no reprimands to the individual or fixing my issue as she keeps harassing my husband and I. Anthony or Shirley if you would like to fix this issue appropriately I will be glad to speak with you as you are the regional manager and branch manager.I did call the number to report the issue. This is my forth time having to report the same person trying to mess my account up. This last time it took 5 days just to fix my account and have access to my money! We will see if something changes this time!

When community is in your name then you should serve the community. Most banks have no problem providing the most basic of requests such as purchasing quarters but not this bank..you have to have an account. Treated so rude you would think i had asked them to give me all their money. Wouldnt open an account here if i was paid to.

The most unprofessional crooks in the Banking industry! Shut down my account for Hemp then 8 months later offer services to bank with Cannabis but want a 50k retainer lol!! CROOKS!!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Have received the worst customer service ever. We own 3 companies and numerous houses and deal with 9 banks and never have a problem. This year when our escrow account was changed and hence our payment change, you have managed to play havoc with our payments. I have made 4 phone calls to straighten this out. Each time the girl who answers spends 10 minutes verifying who we are and then tries to transfer us to the loan department. No one answers or they are closed. We also have tried to email you but got a return email that said you can't answer our emails because they are not secure. So finally on the last call, I asked for the name of the bank President so I could write a letter and the girl said she didn't know. You need better customer service with TRAINED personnel who can help your customers. I am very disappointed in your inept service and personnel.

The staff are very nice, there are always great vibes and has historical pictures and paintings of Walsenburg, great bank!
