Problem 1) an hour before next transfer, I get a text that my next two transfers were cancelled. With a link to a website that wouldn't load.
2) I had to buy two separate tickets for the same trip after being stuck for 3 days at the bus station. Because they couldn't figure out what bus I was on.
3) have yet to be refunded. Couldn't get a voucher for meals or motels while I was stuck.
My dad is dying this entire time and my family needed me there. I will NEVER go with greyhound again. Probably will never get a refund either. Screw greyhound or whatever equally horrid company just bought them out.

The lady let me charge my phone for a while there.I don’t know if he’s the owner or what?; but he’s a GREAT MAN!! I still need too get with him about some things. I’m FOREVER INDEBTED too him for what he did for me!!!!! I thank him SO MUCH!!!!!!

GreyhoundRefuse to reimburse me after Their bus broke down before Tulsa , and I spent 48 hours at their bus stop, pay Hotel from my pocket , pay Uber, and the know what is wrong. No reimbursement. So sad for them

Grayhound sucks they hardly stop for you here and the bus station closes way to early and the what time is so long if the driver stops and most of the time they wont stop and if they do stop they probley wont let you on the bus here
