Mercantile shopping area is very nice, however we have tried the Stokehouse twice now for dinner and been disappointed. Last time 10/14 we got an unexpected high bill due to Sirloin steaks not being available. Meal was good however.
Update: Manager called me back and we resolved appropriately; will try again at a future date.

What a wonderfully quaint little shopping mall with several different vendors selling handmade items from jewelry, purses, art, candles, home remedies, and delicious foods.
Highly recommended if visiting town, to get a true taste and feel of Walsenburg!

We are driving to Denver for a Broncos game and came through late looking for food. Not many places open but here. Such a cute place. Food was great. Amazing service. Would definitely come back.

Wow! If you are hungry...come here! If you want some delicious coffee or treats, come here! Walsenburg Mercantile has lots of local crafts, books, teas, candy, t-shirts, purses, jewelry, greeting cards, hats, pillows, essential oils, stickers, art, mugs, soaps, lip balm, croquet dolls, coloring books...they have everything you can think of! Even horse bits & cinches! Awesome place & they support local artists!
