I have been shopping here for half a decade it is my favorite store!
Recently I've had the privilege of working with the store manager Claricia.
She went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I had trouble with one of the jacks that I bought and she took amazing care to make sure that i was satisfied. I know that according to the rules she did not have to help me but she went the extra mile. During the same visit I was buying dog food and she alerted me that if I bought one more bag I could save $50.
She is the reason that I go to Bomgaars this is the way that you should treat customers and I for one will not forget it. My loyalty is secured!

This place is fantastic. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable - willing to slow down, hear what you need, and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy! The manager even delivered something to my house when it wouldn't fit in my car. What a guy!

The Wellington Bomgaars is truly a hometown store with great staff and great service. I love shopping on Senior Tuesday and every week when I come in for horse feed, Sky greets me and puts my order together. I generally get 10-15 bags of feed and he cheerfully loads up the truck. It’s a huge help and he makes me feel like family. Cindy

They have saved me a trip to the city so many times. From farm stuff for my hens to home repair supplies, Bomgaars has all the things our little town needs. Plus, they have a selection of treats you won't find anywhere else. The staff are always kind and helpful and I am always happy to be there.
